I reccomend him to watch “fade master” he does it more simple and we’ll make fading hair quick. But for you I reccomend searching 360 jeezy and whatever cut he wants type that in and should pop up. He we’ll explain in detail. And at the end of the cut clean it with a baby brush

@@mrtyrone5580 first time I did it I would’ve rated myself like a 2 lol I had a very hard time getting guide lines out. Now I’m pretty good at getting them out. Self cutting is just hard for the back of the head honestly & debulking is kind of hard for me still. I have found other videos who fade differently so I’ve used different tips and tricks that I’ve seen.

I would NEVER do my back taper that low . It’s no point in it, it doesn’t pop at all . Yeah, ima barber too . One thing I learned tho is that not every guard YOU use, will work on someone else’s hair . Some people have thinner hair and others have thicker . Meaning, if you use (1) guard on you, (1) guard on someone else might look like a (0) on theirs . I’ve learned to finesse my way around all that over the years . I’ve mastered it now . That’s why on certain people’s hairs the line don’t erase so easy while on others it does . Me I only use (1) guard all the time . I rarely go to the (2) guard . I only do so, when my hair gets longer and it needs more bulk off but that’s about it .

dont listen to anyone except the first comment, Walmart clippers are horrible and would make your life harder, yes some well experienced barbers sometimes use Walmart clippers for their videos but they're experienced and know their way around things, if u really want to learn and are interested id say to start with magic clips or oster fast feeds, they're both really good clippers and if it makes u any more comfortable, big youtubers and big successful good barbers use these

It’s possible but if you’re hella experienced so if I were you order a wahl clipper online(with lever)
fast feeds are around 80$ on amazon and get the guards make sure you have good ones with 0 guard 1.5 guard all that good stuff. and a trimmer is really important.
