Good video...
All horizontally mounted cabin air filters with the blower motor mounted below the filter will have downward air flow otherwise the dirt that collected on the topside of the old filter would be trapped inside the blower motor below the filter.
If it says "UP" next to the arrows then of course the arrows should point up but in that case the arrows do not indicate air flow direction but are simply telling us "This Side Up".
