On August 23rd 2009, a group of Radiohead fans descended on the Výstaviště Holešovice Exhibition Hall in Prague on a mission to capture the band playing using as many different angles as possible. Bringing together the exceptional talents of many contributors, here's a glimpse of the result.

Wow, Radiohead representing Tibet with the Tibetan flag on full display, couldn't love this band more.
I could just listen to a whole hour-long concert comprised of just the ending.

I was thereeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, beautiful Prague, everything was... in its right place :) I think it's been one of their best gigs. Love it, I go crazy for this!
Between this, the 1995 version, the IMBW version and the AMSP version - THIS is my favorite version of True Love Waits

@@PitchSkullBlack I compared nothing but I saw Radiohead do true love waits live in Chicago in 2001. When was your first time live? You can find the live version of this song on TH-cam as well..
The good thing about audio sampling is that the band can leave the venue and the concert can go on for two more hours.

amazing as always.. I will see them for the first time in Feb 12'. Cannot wait. I have loved them from the very first time I heard them in 1996. I just wish that I would have seen them before now. It is long overdue.

@whitesnowyheart maybe the dark ambient tone of the song 'True Love Waits' (helped along of course by Johnny and Crew) is supposed to represent the 'Haunted Attic' in which Thom, the light/the love, must wait. And by sounding so delicate/gentle in an otherwise dark song, he is further showing the contrast between this dark place the protagonist of the song inhabits, and the thoughts that keep him going. I feel Thom is trying to embody the emotion of 'true love' vocally.

It's a bar of 4/4 then 6/4 its difficult to tell but when phils snare comes in that seems to fit.

@BlackIroni i think 'Yesterday I woke up sucking a lemon' is just another way of saying 'Woke up on the wrong side of the bed.' You know the expression 'left a bad taste in your mouth' it comes from the look of disgust that certain things put on peoples faces. complete fuck up version of true love waits. case for keeping it simple. such a great song when not reconstructed as here. annoying, next song is true to original and brilliant.
it's a completely different song and i think this take on it is extremely unique and fucking stunning. I love how the song has evolved with time, anyone can enjoy whatever version they want.
