First of all, Happy Birthday, Patrick! May your days be filled with love and laughter. Now, as for this latest masterpiece...what a great idea for a video, brought back my own set of memories, even though much of the food of *my* childhood has disappeared over the (many) years. As an aside, foods and smells are huge triggers of memory; flavors and odors can bring out some amazingly vivid memories. I ate Trix as a kid, back when there were just three flavors (late-50s to early-60s)...and, they were just little round balls. Cap'n Crunch was my go-to cereal, but, during the week, my Mom made sure i had a hot breakfast...usually oatmeal or Cream of Wheat. Bag-lunch was either a bologna sandwich, a bag of potato-chips (Frito's corn-chips, when I could talk Mom into buying them), and a piece of fruit; I had to take money to school every week for a small carton of slightly-cooler than room-temperature milk. I'd put half a bag of the chips inside my sandwich, just for some texture and flavor. Dinner was always a major production, never frozen foods...there were very few, at that time, and my Mom would never have considered it, in any case. Thanks, guys, for yet another wonderful video!!
I was definitely a toaster strudel girl..and then they came out with toaster scrambles and those were FIRE🔥The only good poptarts were the frosted brown sugar cinnamon💁♀️
You guys must have been bouncing off the walls after all that sugar. At my advanced age I can't believe the stuff we were allowed to eat as kids. I think our parents let us have it just to shut us up and then regretted it later when we all became Cinnamon Toast Crunch junkies. For some reason tho, it never seemed like the sugar bothered us that much back then. I think once we become aware of what sugar does only then did it affect us. When I was a teenager I used to drink something like 900 pots of coffee a day and I slept like a baby...Once I found out what caffeine was I didn't sleep until I was 37. Anyway, great video....I hope you survived this ordeal...And Happy Birthday Patrick!!!
A lot of these products didn’t exist when I was a kid (I’m actually a 60s - 70s kid), but I do have thoughts on the few that did. My first though is something that didn’t but that I tried later on: Sunny D, which is maybe the one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever tried to drink. But I’m definitely a Toaster Strudel guy, and I still get them sometimes. We only one of the cereals that existed when I was a kid was Trix, but I don’t think I ever ate it. I didn’t care for SpaghettiOs even as a kid. I did love freezer pops, but I got burned out on orange sherbet from getting PopUps at the swimming pool as a kid. Final thought - maybe I’m lucky that I was not a 90s kid trying to eat that kind of stuff!

Angst1966 Honestly, I don’t take any vitamins ‘cause I eat really healthy...I eat 2-3 fruits a day and tons of vegetables...and I eat a ton of chicken and I was raised by a recreational fisherman so I’m always eating fish that I catch (I’m from Hawai’i). I’m also allergic to milk proteins (whey and casein) [NOT lactose intolerant...I gotta go to the hospital] so my fat intake is really low. I’m a firm believer that you don’t need vitamin or minerals if you’re eating a balanced diet. Even like with calcium, my allergy developed when I was around 19...so I started eating a lot of vegetables ‘cause they’re very high in calcium. I figure I’ll be 50 in a few years and people still think I’m in my early 30’s...so I think my dietary intake’s working. If you ever have questions about nutrition, feel free to ask. My degree’s in Exercise Physiology so I had to take a ton of food science courses. 😁

When I was like 11 or something, I was in like Cub Scouts or something. After a meeting, the pack mom would always give us GoGurts but I was mad because this woman Beatrice or some shit decided I couldn't have one. So I was like "I'll show her" and stole the rest of the GoGurts. Then I am showing off to my friends that I had multiple GoGurts and that this shit was expendable af (as if I am Jeffree Star or something) and I throw one on the ground and jump up and stomp on it. The GoGurt shot out as if it were flying to the heavens, the other kids cried for mercy, I laughed maniacally. Then I realized my crime landed all over the glass door of the school we met in for Scouts. As I pretended to walk away, not knowing what happened, I saw the night janitor walk up to the window, staring at the homicide that had taken place. After that day, I vowed never to eat a GoGurt again. And I am 56% sure I haven't.

I still eat uncrustables from time to time they're actually awesome and I still drink Sunny D are where I live you can get huge bottle of it from family Dollar for like a buck. as for the feeze sticks actually have a net full of those up in my freezer as well Patrick those you can get here locally at the store too and I got a dollar 99 for a whole net full of about a and 50 of them I have only giving like half of them. And they last forever and I mean these have been in my refrigerator since like September last year. As for the pop tarts, and toaster strudel. I'm a pop tarts boy. ( Yes I am gay. But still refer to myself as a boy not a girl as I have the wrong anatomy to call myself a girl. Sorry guys). As for ketchup and french fries I prefer to put my ketchup and a little container and set it on the side but I also like to mix the catch up with both salt and pepper before I dip my fries in it.
I eat it all the time the choco stuff here we have derby, lila pause, toblerone, choco wafer and I'm telling you it's amazing, far better than hershey's. Amazing food quantities in Greece and if you ever come, be sure you sacrifice kcals and taste them all ;p
