At least they have a voice still. I can't do this vocal style anymore. It's not because of where I live, but a life with enough trauma that I got got 30 years of Metal vocal experience in 5 years of screaming in rage from emotional response to events where I simply snapped and screamed. It's not a total loss though. So many people do that stuff better than I ever did and they could maybe help doing that performance on my song instead of me. It also gave me great vocal fry. I've gained an impressive set of skills from the loss of my Metal Growl. I have a lot of awesome voices for acting now. So I lost one, but gained another.

My aunt would make the 1 hr drive for me, my brothers and cousins and she would play the Bob Larson Show on the radio the whole trip.
