If the band pulls your hair, try putting a piece of clear packing tape or even duct tape on the bottom and cut off the extra. It fills in the gaps so it doesn't grab hair as much. I had an old watch that was unwearable until I did that. You will have to change it after a while but it worked in my case.

After couple of time I realzied that if you adjust the bracelet more loosened it will pinch. If it’s tigthed on the wrist you will reduce the risk. Thanks for the hint, the tape is also a solution
