I’ve always loved FMV games, not because they are serious, but because they are campy fun. They are the type of game you can just sit back relax with you and your partner can interact in a “choose your own” adventure type movie. ‘The Complex’ and ‘Bloodshore’ so far are a couple of my favorite modern FMV games to date.

Hey, that's how long movies are. Its a movie based game. Which is why they call it FMV games. some movies out there are the same length and cost less. Their goal was to eliminate the line between game and movie experience or provide a new line for it. Either way, its a genre all of its own. Think of it this way, it has more FMV scenes than your common movie and there's more to explore. If you wanted to do that with a movie you'd have to go into the "deleted scenes" or "alternate endings" section of the dvd movie in order to see something different or missed. Only other game I know of that bordered this kind of thing and was good Was the Matrix games. On the worse end was Sega Cd's "Plumbers Wear Ties", and middle was "Sewer Shark".
Nice review! I haven't heard anything about this title so it's interesting to see this review. Nice to know folk are still playing around with the live action game concept. Well done.
Tried playing but it was too slow for me not interesting but I enjoyed the effort. Using the controller/phone to swipe or open things was kind of annoying. I enjoy the old cheesy fmvs tho. And her story and Detroit both great, but Erica for me was a meh.
Thanks for your great comment man, I really appreciate it. Hopefully this channel will grow, I'd love that. Just got to take it one video at a time I guess :)

I’m so glad you’re reviewing this. I almost downloaded it from Plus, but the download crashed and I forgot to try again.

You've definitely sold us on it despite being the first and only we've heard about it.
