I have heard from some people in groups that Ganga Reality is demanding installment in affordable sector 5 even when construction is not completed and the banks have denied to disbursement the amount. People are saying Ganga Reality doing unprofessional practice and against Rera and TCP. CRM team also not responding.

Manish ji, Builder ne Model Unvel kia hai, so we covered that. Rest Gamga directors were board members in Signature until 2019.
Too many amenities for the number of units in the project. I hope ye model reality me ban jaaye! 😅
