I am studying the scriptures of Hinduism. Sway Dayananda Saraswathi, a great inspiration for me after visiting Anaikatti Arsh Vidya Gurugulam, near Coimbatore. Great orator, teacher and a scholar of Prasthana thrayam. His speeches are nectar or juice or cream of our Vedanta Sastra. My Namaskaram to guruji.
Now I am listening the works of Upanishads of Swami Paramarthanda one of the best shyshya and a great saint teaching the scriptures in Madras as a service to Hindusim. Real and original

At close quarters he said, 'Every thing is in You(the Self).' All the dream objects are in the dreamer. The world is in the Waker.
At another time for the aartha in me he said, 'God takes care.' I am grateful to all such teachers who are shrothriya and brahmanishta. Thank Guru God to know that all that is here is Ishwara.

    DAYANAND SARASWATI;
    an irrevocable loss
    (15 August 1930 to 23 September 2015)
Once a Vedanta teacher, on his deathbed, saw that his student was in deep sorrow about what would, inevitability, ensure. The Vedanta teacher told the student, if my teachings have the been worth the salt, then your sorrow is not in keeping with the wisdom, that the teachings stood for. The student not only realised his folly but also the fact that his teacher, walks his talk, as he experientially knows that death is not an end for life but only a blip in life's external covering.
Passing away of Swami Dayanand Saraswati, on 23 September '15, brings me to similar ambivalence, where the loss is not accompanied by dejection.
Dayanand Saraswati was true to his name, an embodiment of compassion, daya, that flowed, relentlessly, from one who had discovered the "knowledge" of his being, as wholeness, ananda. (He highlights these two aspects, in the TED talk he had delivered, the link provided below) He then choose to share this "knowledge" and remained a devotee of Saraswati, the Goddess of knowledge. For last several years, he had failing health but that could not deter him to share the wisdom, he dearly upholded. He kept teaching, with utmost sincerity, to whosoever came to him for guidance, despite his debilitating physical infirmity. He lived till the end of his life's journey, a compassionate teacher of Advaith Vedanta.
Dayanandji had his way with words. His inimitable style of imparting the wisdom of Upanishads, Bhagwad Gita and the Bhram Sutra, the three canonical works of Advaith Vedanta, made him a communicator, par excellence. He had unparallel ability to expound the subtelities of these abstruse texts in a lucid way, so that the listener could easily relate to his exposition. He used a contemporary idiom to communicate this ancient wisdom. Thus these esoteric teachings got a wide audience, ranging from orthodox, monks to cutting edge, scientists. His contribution to make Vedanta relevant, in this day and age, will be remembered as his most remarkable legacy.
Though he used a modern parlance, to reach out to a wider audience, he never diluted the profundity, in the contents of the original ancient texts. He remained emphatic that that Vedanta is a 'pramana', an irreplaceable, means of knowledge, to know the Truth, of the Self. It's not an ideology, like most other philosophies, a product of some intelligent philosopher's mental construct. And as the knowledge of the Self can undo the shackles of ignorance, the root cause of human sorrow, therefore this knowledge has deep significance in spiritual aspirant's life. Knowing this very well, he gave this wisdom the place it deserved, and upheld it in highest echelons of human endeavour.
To regret Dayanandji's passing away would not be a tribute to his teachings. He taught that death is an error in understanding "life" and sorrow, vis-à-vis, death, is illegitimate. But still the passing away of outstanding teacher of Advaith Vedanta, is a matter of regret.
    My deepest regrets.

The above Swami Dayananda Saraswathi is different from the Swami Dayanandji of Arya Samaj.
According to Lalitha Sahasranama, the varna dharma has been created by that Goddess Amba, Herself, for the benefit of mankind so each one without aspiring for riches or comforts, lives only for the good of the world.
    Aabrahmaa Keeta Janani
    Varnaashrama Vidhaayini
    Nijaagnyaa Roopa Nigamaa
    Punya Apunya Phala Pradaa
From that very Brahmaa to the very tiny insect, She is the Mother
She is the Creator of Varna Ashrama
Based on the Vedaas, with Vedaas as basis,
She gives out the fruits or consequenses of punya or paapa, (for Following the rules of vedaas and Varna Dharma or Disobeying them)
Brahmanas study vedas and conserve and chant for the good of mankind, kshatriyas with their strength protect, vysyas protect people with money, through charity and donations to poor needy and temples and culture, and the other castes farm and provide food and other services for others.
Each has his job and he should do it with a sense of detachment and responsbility for society.
This has changed in a bad way. We should not remove it, but we should change it back again to way it was meant to be.
If the govt. is corrupt, you do not remove the concept of Govt. then there will be no governing body and only bad will happen.
Instead, we work towards having a good and clean govt. Govt. is for the good of people and we take it back to it's glory, like it was in the days of the past.
The same for varna dharma. instead of removing it, we all follow our varna dharma with mutual respect and love and compassion for all living beings.
Otherwise the precious knowledge of each community will be lost and also the job opportunities that these varnas created.

Same thing... You´re not really indian... Indian people I met in all places I went there were kind, educated and really spiritualized. They would never say this type of thing to anyone... You don´t even know the meaning of ahimsaa. May Ishvara bless you with experiences which can make you understand and learn real respect... OM Ganganapataye namah. I won´t give any response to you anymore.

Swami Dayanand says everybody has right to choose his caste and if nobody gives I give the whatever caste you want pls come to me ,I made you Rishi ,I made you swami ,like myself Which is actually impossible to attain by any law so, Aryasamaj is a Taylor made religion for people who wants Moksha !

You can't even spell, godblesschild808. Hinduism came before Jesus, and Jesus was probably influenced by it. There are theories that he went to India and/or Nepal when he was young, studying at ashrams. Jesus is respected by Hindus. Anyway, Hinduism isn't about believing, it's about reality.
