@P Krm He was a wonderful man and a great gyani. He was an advaitin. His emphasis on vedanta learning for all and beautiful exposition of the Gita among others are all available on the net. His discourses began with obeisance to Shankara and the Shankaracharya. He was instrumental in Hindu struggle for freeing the temples from govt control. He also spoke publicly against forced conversions.
Pls refrain from speaking if you don't have the knowledge.

@Pankaj Kumar dear friend, you are talking about Dayananda Saraswati, the founder of Arya Samaj - who lived and worked in the 19th Century.
This Dayananda Saraswati you hear in the Video (who took Mahasamadhi in 2015) was the greatest traditional teacher of Vedanta (meaning Upanishads) in the Modern times.
How easily Hindus confuse and jump into conclusions. A little homework is always good!

Very beautiful talk. Especially liked the point on how compassion will be sporadic, off and on and based on empathy....till...till the person owns up his own fullness. Only after this, does compassion become total and spontaneous. And that little hint that swamiji gives...that till we gain that total fullness, compassion has to be practised deliberately through specific compassion kindling acts...what he nicely says as "fake it and make it". The talk has to be carefully listened to, since it is likely, we may gloss over the points that are loaded and subtle.

Swamiji this is Prashanth Gowtham, one of your students from back from the late 1980s. U r very special to me. I love ❤️ u very much! I've found the key to me after listening to many of your lectures and also those of Swami Viditatmanandaji and Tattvavidanandaji and Swami Tadatatmanandaji is that you have to make friends with everything. U called it settling accounts with all. I call it making friends with all. Semantics I suppose. I wish u the best wherever you maybe

Nothing special here, swami contradicts himself many times. Minor example, he calls empathy and compassion different towards the beginning and then argues that it's the same towards the end. I'm not against swami but this talk doesn't justify it, sorry.
