There is no reason why you can't use both as both products provide different benefits for the skin: the primer helps smooth skin and imperfections to prep skin for foundation and moisturizer keeps skin hydrated. Just know that layering SPF doesn't necessarily give you "additional" sun protection! Hope that helps!
