What’s the best way to find apartments in Albania and what websites should I use?
You didn't say or list the names of the agents; especially the last one. Many channels do.
I find your replies to people commenting on your videos disrespectful. Those suggesting that an influx of people (digital nomads, retirees, refugees, foreign property investors) will lead to a shortage of affordable housing for native Albanians are making a good point. This happened both in Mexico and Portugal. Their nationals were being priced out of affordable apartments and homes. Both have subsequently changed their residency requirements to quell immigration.

My building had them, and many we viewed also did, but they are often extremely small and old. Mine could comfortably fit two people. Uncomfortably maybe 3

Man, its a place you can visit and then never go back...i think you got 1st day travel buzz, away from the city centre is a whole other ball game and theres not much to do there really, be careful where you do stay because if you end up in a regular non b&b place in winter you will feel like youre in antarctica. The daily police sirens grate in short time too,when you leave be prepared to have to link to a bigger airport to get where you want to go,its a bit of planning.
I lived in Tirana for 9 months, brother. Had a very reasonable priced two bedroom with goof insulation and rugs. Good landlords. Provided everything. Lived near grand park lots of green, good food,markets etc. I lived in Ho Chi Minh City Viet Nam for 5 years. Tirana is a small village to me. I really enjoyed Joe quiet it is and how walkable. Sure, it's a developing country, but it's nowhere near the population of any country in Indochina
I have been there and I love it much better than central Europe
What kind of business is good to start in Albania as a foreigner
My suggestion is to peep the market and see 👀. I do consulting for local contacts and fixers, etc. If that's of value, feel free to pm me. I will say this there is a lot of services that exist in other markets that definitely do not exit there and there is a growing middle class around the capital looking for new things. Tech is our there as well as call centers. I also do hourly feel free to reach out.

Thanks for the video! It was informative re: apt. rents in the heart of the city. How cool you're living your dream. You may know this already but there seem to be lots of American retirees interested in Albania, maybe outside the heart of the city and even other cities. Just a bit of constructive feedback (sorry, don't know how to DM you, lol) as you get going in Albania. I don't mind cursing personally but not sure I want to do business with someone that curses while working. For me personally, the video comes across as a little "wheeler dealer" and immature. It was a bit long and I muted a lot of it due to the music, haha. Again, just my personal opinion as a 57 year old. Maybe not your target audience or this is your personal channel. There are too many fake people already doing it. I'm not trying to follow the herd. Of course, it's wheeling and dealing to some extent. Everyone is, at least, we aren't being fake. There are lots of fake disingenuous people on the internet. Target demographic is mostly non woke. People who aren't politically correct. Also, the video is somewhat old. Check out our newer stuff. There is much better editing and less cursing, not that I see a problem with cursing. Lots of terrible people don't curse. Look at this woke mind virus and what they are doing to children and to society. As a native New Yorker, sometimes we can be brash, but we are known for being straightforward and honest. I think back then, I wanted to offend the easily offended. Now, i have definitely calmed down and become a bit more business focused. It's worth having a look if you have some time.

You can search for legit real estate agencies in Tirana easily. I've seen several in the last 5 months. The Blloku is the metro center area and the most expensive, but a couple of miles in radius, you can find very beautiful apts with a bus route and stores below. Do your own search.
@rebornabroad Charity? Why do you have to be sarcastic? You can't start a nomad on the road business like that and think you can consider yourself a real professional consulting business. It's not a law firm. There are plenty of professionals in firms helping anyone who asks questions. Either a new independent start up gains positive reviews and hopefully survives, or they get tanked by the treatment they give to "possible" clients. I read most of your responses to people who visited for the 1st time, and you went off on them. Word of mouth is powerful when it comes to recommendations or a "warning."
