If the judges feel the animal, in this case a bronc, not a bull, did not give a fair enough performance for a favorable score, then they can call re-ride. This gives the cowboy a second chance for a better performance and score. In this case, the judge did not do the guy any favors. He had enough the first time. Thanks for the reaction.
