Don, in the rodeo rough stock events, bull riding, bareback riding and saddle bronc riding, half of the riders score is based on how well the animal performed. If the judges feel the animal, in this case a bronc, not a bull, did not give a fair enough performance for a favorable score, then they can call re-ride. This gives the cowboy a second chance for a better performance and score. In this case, the judge did not do the guy any favors. He had enough the first time. Thanks for the reaction.
