QUICK SUMMARY:
1. Learn things with 💯% attention and focus. Like don't do multitasking and write down things what you learn.
2. Reflect: take a moment to think and analyse where I can apply the current knowledge. This is also a recalling process which actually converts short term memory into Long term memory.
3. Implement: This is most important part, which says you need to Plan and implement what you have learned, because learning is like having knowledge, but to master that skill u must implement it.
4. Share: share you knowledge with multiple people which actually helps you to store this information longer. It's also called Feymen technique.
Conclusion: If you use 1x time for input (learning), then use 2x time for output (applying). If you learn a skill in 1 hour, then practice it for 2 hours.

Reflect ek hi chiz dekho sikho aur reflect Karo. Jo sikha hai knowledge hai use apply Karo daily life.
3 Implement- Jo bhi sikho usko likhlo schedule banao plan banao jo bhi sikha hai use implement Karo.
5 Share - jo bhi sikho use dusro ko bhi sikhao agar sikha na paao to discuss Karo dusro k sath.
Agar aap x time input ko de rahe ho 2x time output k liye nikalo.
We should focus on learning rather than memorizing.you should understand what you have learned then even if you didn't memorized it you know what it was. Memories last for few hours and days and months ,but if you have understood the topic you can apply it anytime.
