Hey Jeff, hope you're feeling a bit better today? you know the thing that works for me if i have a cold is lots of hot drinks of ginger, like a slice of ginger infused in hot water a couple of times a day and you will be as right as rain 😉 and yeah Bovril is really good for a cold as well and a great British traditional drink, i remember my grampa saying the soldiers used to drink it in WW1 + 2 down the trenches and it helped a lot of them to survive, i've never tried it Jeff but now i want to ✨💙✨
