Never played the game, but I love the way she flies. Being able to control the direction but still not knowing how to orient yourself in midair
If you wanna be technical, she's falling rather than flying.
She basically just shift gravity to any direction

Kat is just derpy like that. If you fly long enough in one direction she does have an animation for straightening herself out.
It's sad that we'll never get another one of these games now.

Ok, so pretty sure it's not fully set in stone, but I've heard that Keichiro Toyama (Director of Gravity Rush) actually wants to bring the saga to PC and has even talked about wanting to make the third installment as of late. All of this obviously has not come to fruition yet, but feels great to know that the director himself hasn't forgotten about the games.

@@GiordanDiodato besides, Joker may already be Sony representation, yes I know he's not from Sony and he has appeared in Persona Q2 but the Smash Joker is taken from Persona 5 (ps4 exclusive if I'm not mistaken)
Although, I would love to have Kat in Smash as a true Sony representation, not Kratos, not Ratchet, not Nathan Drake, neither Crash or Spyro, Kat is the one!

I remember trying to platinum trophy this game doing all the damn side quests and races but ended up corrupting my save :(
I got platinum on first game. I actually completed all side quests and races on GR2 but they are such a chore to complete.
@@mohammedfaizali510 Correct me if a wrong, but I am 100% sure that in order to complete all the races in GR1 you need to have Kat´s abilities fully max out and do the lap perfectly, to complete the in the time that the game indicates for the gold.
While in GR2 they are easier to complete, except the lunar style ones, it took me a long time to execute the rocket jumps perfectly.
@@Alexander-wx2ie ok so this is a very old comment but i played through the first one recently and got the platinum fairly easily, like im not that good at games and still got gold on the base game challenges without having to do them perfectly, i'd argue you really need upgrades for the combat ones but for races you're fine just upgrading the meter/gauge normally but i haven't got on 2 yet so i can't compare difficulties
The DLC challenges are another story though since they were definitely harder and required more upgrades, like that infinite gravity power one or the long race through the inferno rift, but thankfully those don't count for the trophy

playing through these games for the first time has been a blast. Finally getting back to Hekseville completely redone in the new engine this game has compared to the first already made the town gorgeous, but getting to Pleajeune seeing how much better the lighting is and hearing this godlike new mix of the original track, really hit. Really hope this series picks back up one day

yeah all they make now is god of poop, pooprizon, poop of shitshima, and the last of propaganda. sony used to be so cool in my eyes when I was 9 to 17 years old. and they were the ones that ruined it. they fucked themselves BIG time.

tbh horizon is still fine, not amazing (like Gravity Rush), but I can still accept it. unlike other games you mentioned of these shit series. anyway, we need new Gravity Rush, Crash, Wipeout, Spyro, Medievil,, Drive Club etc etc.
@@colddimensions I played the first one and while I enjoyed exploring, I absolutely hated Aloy and every other character was either spineless or irrelevant. Even the fights towards the end did not leave any impact.
