    bro can you breakdown your current split into its nitty-gritty and make a playlist, like you made back in the day for PPL. really curious to know what muscle groups you hit together on what days, and what exercises you choose for how many sets and reps. complete info ke sath ek current split ka playlist banado pls brother😙

    Bro, I have been watching your Vlogs and Gym videos for years now. I started my gym journey 3 years ago and still, I am not able to grow my Arms that much when I compare it with my upper body which is my Back, Chest, and Shoulders. Can you please suggest some tips for increasing their sizes? I have tried training them twice a week and yes I even go all out in my sets with High intensity.

    could anyone advise me on exersion headaches? im a beginner and i havent had the problems for a month and a half but now im getting these .....its so exasperating when you cant go to gym coz of these ...i am drinking enough water and maintaining proper breathing and form ....its just to damn hard on me when i cant do the thing i started to enjoy in a long time.

    Bhai notion ka template mein set karlo nah apna workout log ...much easier aur isko Siri ke Sath join bhi kar sakte ho means Siri khud apko reminder degi time to time so I guess it's much convenient rather than har din ka alag-alag kar ke notes mein likhna... anyway just a advice ...hope it helps :)
