Sir to grow Avocado follow these steps:-
1) put the seed of avocado in water for 1 day /overnight
2) remove the peel of the avocado seed with the help ko knife.
3) Now take a piece of cloth and wrap it around the seed and moist the cloth properly
And then put the clothe ball in any ziplock polybag.
4) place the polybag in some dark and warm place for 2 weeks
5) After 2 weeks take the cloth out and the roots have been developed in the seed
6) Now you can grow the seed in water and soil in whatever way you want buy putting the root inside the soil or water.

Sir i have one suggestion for you.
I have even told you before also to stay for long time at your village.
Have a break and speed some time.
Just imagine the life at that place. The early chilling winter morning with hot cup of tea. (Swarg)
Be there, live there, experience it. Have some fun and grow your own farm for a month or two.
I assure you that you will surely feel the magic in the air of that place and village.
And additionally you were talking about the cows milk and ghee.
So the taste and flavour of the particular cow depends on it's food. Cows in village have that freedom to eat what they need in their body instead in city the cows are feed forcefully without any choice.
When people (especially the family memebers) stay around the herd of cows, the cows smells the deficiency of particular element in human body and feed on the grass as per the need of the human body.
So the milk or ghee that comes from that cows fullfills the deficiency of that particular human being.
Sorry to interrupt in your personal life style but this are my point of view.
I might not be as famous as you but defiently i have a healthy life.

Lactose intolerance has various forms
1) Completely Lactose intolerant people should avoid all types of milk or Lactose because they lack the enzyme to digest lactose in body
2) Primary and secondary lactose intolerant people can have Lactose but in small amounts or products like curd or cheese where lactose concentration is less because they have the enzyme to digest lactose but its activity has decreased due to some factors in the body.
Both goat and camel milk contain lactose however, the people who have mild intolerance can digest it however in case of severe intolerance, the intake should be avoided.

When I was around 2-3 years old, my grandmother used to serve me Dudh-Baht (Milk and Rice) because Dal and other lentils were a bit expensive for us. And my Nani used to have tears thinking that she couldn't feed us properly. But today I realised bhagwan ne kuch nahh dekar bhi kuch diya hai. If we could afford Dal, the Milk which was pure and healthy would've been sold in the market.

The things you said about milk are true as when I was living in india , I was consuming milk from our own dairy and I had no intolerance as regards to milk or any byproducts but when I moved to canada I became lactose intolerant .
