Exactly this!!!! I had such a difficult time with mistakes before I started bullet journaling (you should see my notes from college - one mistake and I chucked it in the trash)! Bullet journaling has somehow really helped me get past those minor things in life. I'm glad I kept it in the video and didn't edit past it so others can see that it is ok too!

I wanted this bullet journal so much! Couldn't find it anywhere online to buy! So I went with a Leuctturm 1917. Haven't received it yet but I hope I'm able to get my hands on this one for my next bullet journal ❤️❤️❤️ your spreads are so gorgeous!!! You did an amazing job!

Just discovered your channel since I might consider changing my planning style from an EC to a BUJO. After a year of pretty planning I find that buying deco sticker kits is quite expensive. I really like your design style for the birthdays and holidays although I am surprised you didn't include Halloween, Easter or St. Patrick's Day.
I saw your other comment before this one. I did add them later, I just wasn't sure how to differentiate them from federal holidays when I had a day off of work. In the end, I highlighted the federal holidays in gray and then added the rest of them in :)

Sarah, that is what led me to bullet journaling! I got so bored with the same looks on every single page of the planners that you see in the stores. This allows me to be versatile and change things up when I'm bored or need to add something or it just isn't working for me anymore. I hope the bullet journal works for you like it did for me!

0:40 thanks for adjusting your lighting..lol 😀 👍 3:57 when you do that lovely fix job.....do you find that when you write on the pages after..that the extra piece of paper, interferes with your straight lines, or writing ?
Not a problem! I actually ordered some new equipment that will help out with the lighting situation! It will be here soon, hopefully! I actually don't find that it messes with my straight lines that much. I have a few pages left in my old bullet journal that I've cut out that are the same color and I can easily line up the dots that way!
I couldn't find my normal ruler (haha!) so I used my stencil that I had on hand. It is a Jayden's Apple Spiraldex Stencil (www.jaydensapple.etsy.com). She has quite a few different types of stencils and I'm excited to order from her again in the future!
I really liked the birthdays and holidays spread. All of your spreads are creative but also minimalistic, I love it. Also where would I be able to get one of those golden stencils that you used in this video?
I use multiple straight edges - the one I'm using in this particular video is a stencil from Jayden's Apple on Etsy. I also use the Weston steel 6 inch with a cork bottom and the see-through large straight edge from Artists Loft in Michaels! Hope that helps!
This is exactly the video I was looking for! I wrote in a journal daily from grade 7-12 and quit when I graduated in 2013 I wanted to pick it back up and this seems like a great way! I ordered the iconic version of this have you tried it vs this one?
The Pro is fairly new to the Scribbles That Matter line - it has only been out less than a year. Before that I had an iconic and I absolutely loved it! The paper is the same buttery smoothness. I can't say enough about my STM journal!
Sorry to hear that. My goal is to show my process from start to end and unfortunately annual spreads are a bit more involved because of the amount of content that has to be on each page preparing for the entire year.
It's just my personal thing, maybe I'm too impatient :) But I just like when people add voiceover to the process and talk about their pages, instead of music.
