make time for meditation -you should not be tired --stomach should not be full - keep hands open -you should be comfortable - close your eyes and dont do anything - you can pay attention on your breath without manipulating it. -you can add a mantra and can count your breath as well -you can pay attention to different parts of body and also to inside your body like listening your heart beats. -awareness ... and evoke emotions etc -
