Yate, too small town, demand for new buyer is low...house price will be steady and not much appreciation. Bristol , good place, price will appreciate but as price gets higher to like 500k 600k , the appreciation will slow down..

如果想在倫敦落腳工作,但資金唔夠,應該怎選擇呢?可否建議一下?
1. 用按揭在倫敦買樓自住,日後按返出嚟養老, 或博找到另一半可以分擔住屋問題(响香港半世人未住過自置的物業,好恨);
2. 在倫敦租樓,投資間location遠一些的物業收租(但擔心隔山買牛管唔掂);
3. 去二線城市落腳,在當地租/買,會唔會更快可以達成財務自由?(有些擔心沒倫敦好揾工,而且自己朋友/熟人在倫敦)。
