There are no jobs available for freshers or those with less than 1 year of experience. Nowadays, IT job openings typically require a minimum of 3 years of experience, making it extremely challenging for individuals like me with only 1 and a half years of experience to find new opportunities. Many companies expect experienced candidates with 3+ years of experience, while those with less experience are often offered positions with minimal pay, sometimes even below 15k, and may be required to work night shifts. Furthermore, there is a trend of newly emerging institutions hyping up the IT sector, leading to a flood of applicants within a short period, many of whom may not be qualified. Bro I don't have much experience but I faced a similar situation two years ago and I made a bad decision. I chose MNC over startup which I regret. If you choose MNC they will choose technology your career will start with and mostly they will assign you to ERP,crm, applications where learning is comparatively less. But if your startup is working with a good technology and you are sure that you will work on that same technology don't overthink just choose start up. Because in MNC you won't have the option to choose the technology which will have a huge impact in your career ahead. In MNC you might have comfort at start but in the longer run choosing startup would be beneficial

No also there is lot of competition
Don't be demotivated with this it's just a. phase of industry. Half of the things sound misleading. Anyone who knows Cs and programming has a bright future in the coming years.
Sir I have a doubt actually I have 2 offers in my hand one is from tcs and another is from a small it company which is around 12 years old. Package at both is same 3.3 lpa. Which one should I go for?
Bro I don't have much experience but I faced a similar situation two years ago and I made a bad decision. I chose MNC over startup which I regret. If you choose MNC they will choose technology your career will start with and mostly they will assign you to ERP,crm, applications where learning is comparatively less. But if your startup is working with a good technology and you are sure that you will work on that same technology don't overthink just choose start up. Because in MNC you won't have the option to choose the technology which will have a huge impact in your career ahead. In MNC you might have comfort at start but in the longer run choosing startup would be beneficial

My brother in law is at very high position and doing remote work, he take interview of candidates, he could have easily given me job, but i was not from it background and wanted to get it with fake candidate but then i look at the profile of candidates who come for job interview and most of them are from tier 1 colleges with to much talent, and i lost hope, i know that day it will never provide me stability in future, and i left that dream

When everyone goes behind same kind of jobs just for money and fame or family pressure instead of passion then it's so obvious there will be less jobs specially in a country with a lot of youth available for jobs but in limited career lines

2023@@sameeraddi778
@@sameeraddi778 2020 brother. I was preparing for government jobs, basically for uniform services i.e. armed forces and delhi police. Meanwhile i was always in touch with my friends regarding IT market and jobs and at that time till mid of 2022 the hiring of freshers was increased in large numbers. During 2021, i thought that, there are large numbers of jobs for freshers and i decided to give one more year for my government exams. But this decision proved to be the worst decision of my life and i regret it today also.
