I was so irritated by the judges constantly picking on her because of her accent. She's from the South. Did they expect for her to sound British or something?

Actually that's when I knew Danielle was going to win. When they kept on her about her accent and wanted her to get her teeth fixed, they were preparing her to be a covergirl.
Unfortunately, she had a point, actors do learn techniques to neutralize their accents so they can be as versatile as possible, that’s something that everyone in the industry goes through and even Tyra knew that by having that as the only weakness meant Dani was great
That season was iconic. Bc I remember Danielle & Joanie going to the dentist until the late hours of the morning for dental work. And for those 2 to be the last 2 standing was amazing.
1:21 Even Joanie says the ''best girl won''. It proves that Danielle was a WELL-DESERVED winner of this Cycle. By the way, they are the strongest Final 2 that I seen in the whole history of ANTM.

Facts that's right
Yep, Danielle broke her ankle during a walking challenge and got up and smiled, she showed up to judging on crutches, she had to deal with racism from a racist white woman, she fainted from dehydration and landed in the hospital and checked herself out and still made it to the next photoshoot and judges loved her elephant shoot,(She looked a little woozy in it due to JUST leaving the hospital however)she was constantly being berated by Tyra over her gap and her accent, all of her pictures were beautiful, abd she was nice, sweet, humble. She also didn't take crap from anybody but she also didn't give crap either. She deserved her win! 😀
Best and favorite cycle. Every girl was pretty and unique. Both Joanie and Danielle were consistent in their wins leading up to the finale.

I know I cried when she said "I'm a cover girl mommy..." One of my favorites of all time on the show! This was a great season because the competition was fierce! I liked Joanie as well and I loved how these two were great friends!
Oh and I do love that Danielle was the only Top Model to ever have the Cover a Girl contract renewed.

My favorite Top 2 Joanie and Danielle. Both are classy beautiful women with amazing portfolios!!! I know that was hard to choose. Even in her disappointment Joanie's remained classy and supportive. Danielle joy warmed my heart!!

The premise of this competition has always been the whole package, not just about photos. Personality and everything. Danielle had more of a presence. They made the right choice. :)
This was the most wholesome two to go into the final two. I loved their chemistry and how they were there for each other through the dental work and all, especially Danielle. I love that Joanie says "the best girl won" :)
What I am happy is that both of them found great success! Dani became an actively working model and designer. Joanie became a TV celebrity and furniture designer. Joanie said the best girl won and I appreciate her humility in that moment

@@rainnnnnn372no she really is a furniture designer. Joannie kinda quitted the fashion industry and turned into being a carpenter and she does a very excellent career.
In my opinion both girls were amazing I wasn’t disappointed in who won because Danielle pushed herself really hard to make it far in this competition she nailed it big time and Joanie same thing these 2 took the competition seriously they fought as if it was the last thing they wanted

Both girls were amazing, beautful inside and out. Joanie's covergirl photo is stronger than Danielle. Some of Danielle's photos were strong than Joanie and she have a stronger runway walk. Danielle can do high fashion and commercial. Joanie looked a little commercial except the elephant shoot. They made the right choice.

Joanie doesnt look like a model to me. Yeah she's pretty and took some good photos. But being pretty doesnt make you a model.
This was my favourite cycle and Danielle and Joanie are the best final two in my opinion. I love Danielle but i love Joanie more and i think she should have won, she had better photos and got the best picture five times on the show and she was never in bottom two. Anyway i'm glad that they were both succesful after antm.

@@lostnfoundbox4326 Yeah, I've seen that interview which was amazing. Danielle not at least saying hi seems fake to me. There are many people out there like her who once they make it to the top they feel like they're the sht and don't need to associate themselves to people they feel are lower than them when everyone is at the same level. Still seems fake to me. Love Danielle, but that seems odd that she wouldn't even ever reach out.

The best final two ever even after all these years. The strongest two girls were in the final two. Any of those two could have won and I would be happy. Danielle and Joanie were friends, too. Joanie's response to Danielle winning is so sweet and genuine too.

Am I the only one who thought Danielle shouldn’t have won. Joanie was so calm and creative and poised throughout the competition while Danielle struggled a bit more . Joanie definitely had the creativity and professionalism and earned the title more than Danielle did
