I have a small tip for working at night either 3-11 or 11pm-7am if there is a full moon , new moon weather system coming threw it will cause any patient with dementia or behaviors act up over night. From 5pm-9pm we have whats called sun downing effect were all the patients with alzhimers or dementia try to go home because its what they use to do like we do. That is cool that you got time and half we get double pay for major holidays. The best you can do for the sundown and behaviors is calm approuch and food is a big redirect as well tell i would have told the guy the eggs and ham willl be at 7:30 am good move with the sandwich
