宫保鸡丁 - Kung pao chicken. Might have to find a bit of an upscale place or a Sichuanese restaurant for this.

In Chinese Feng Shui, tree/big rocks is commonly considered a sacret especially some extremely old trees/big rocks, We usually consider old trees/rocks as "Spiritual" or some sort of "Holy power to it", which makes them last so long and tough. So Chinese people will burn incents as "Offerings" for some good luck, health or protection etc. Also those small statues you see inside that Tiny "Temple" under the tree are very likely to be some Taoism Gods, they are very common around China and even more so in Hong Kong, and that small white Lady statue in front is just a Guanyin statue. Hope that helps! Great videos by the way sir, keep it going!

Chinese families traditionally would havce these small shrines to worship the gods of their choice (mostly of Taoist origin). Some are the gods of fortune, some are for protection (Guan Yu for example a hero who turned into saint for worship). Mostly they are indoors on cthe walls, not usually out on the streets. Not quite place of sacriifice just offerings like fruits and poultry plus insense burning.

I know, I don't think they were rude but some people aren't as keen to have a camera in their face when working or just setting up for the day. They don't realize it's part of customer service and can gain a loyal patron. Another person also commented some locals are not as educated or don't care about their culture's history (e.g. the man not interested to explain why the tea egg is cooked that way, it just is! Lol). Compared to the friendly lady at 13:30, some folks are more chatty and others just mind their own business.
