Unfortunately once your in the social media business its a bit of addiction striving to do better and obviously you've got to keep a balance. Looking forward to seeing if the changes make a difference. Good luck!
You stated everything I’m going through right now. Nothing is more important than health. Ironically, I started weights a few days ago and get in bed around 10ish. Also 10min treadmill everyday. Your video certainly motivated me to do more. Standing desk is a good idea. All the best, I know you will nail this. Hoping to do the same. 👍
Spot on. The grey hair is real and TH-cam is so much harder than people think. Been thinking about this a lot these days. Definitely need to do the same. Take care of yourself and thanks for the motivation.
ikr. I have a channel on another account that post tutorial vids, and at first i was really excited to make them and enjoying them but later because it's hard to get new viewers and i get an average of 20 to 50 after like 5 months , my interest on making videos is slowly dying. Right now im kinda try to get back at it again but it's really hard
Dude, you guys are like missing out on content left and right. You guys are going way too hard for what you are capable of doing. Literally be healthy, actually show you LEARNING this shit so other people can too. And then, on top of it, if you fuck up, you have so many options of what to do with that. Make another channel for blooper reels for example. Legit this behavior to me just shows yall are either way out of scale or this ain't the right job for you. Yeah I may not have posts, but I have been working on a list of things to make over a period of time that I can add to. And if I get stuck on something, I can go to something else. Due to my personal life being a mess though, all I have been able to do is get my resources together. I'm now working on video scripts and developing ideas from the list, but a LOT of content can be off the cuff, and a lot of people like the reactionary effect of content that is available right now. Whether its watching someone comment on the amber heard trial, or laughing at memes with a chat and some dude. Legit you have to use the tools of the platform as it changes, and like if I watch a list video its like oh my god is it 2014 still? Watchmojo meme much? Equally maybe I'm not the audience for these channels, I just feel like yall are working way too hard and not seeing the whole chunk of viewtime you are missing out on.
Good for you man! I went through a big change 4ish years ago with similar goals in mind. It completely changed my life and I'm eternally grating for it. I wish you and everyone else the best
Your work ethic is something I really admire… but I’m glad you came to this realization. I was up all night creating, obsessing over analytics, losing sleep… losing my mind essentially. Now I live first and create second. Sure, it comes at the cost of growth but it’s such a wonderful thing to just eat, sleep, go to bed and call it a day sometimes!
Seems like you pushed yourself a lot. Was always wondering how you did all this. Watching your videos always felt good. Take a break and come back soon with more enthusiasm ❤️
I have to say, it is absolutely brilliant that you were so clear, vulnerable, and open about your struggles! Normalizing this goes a long way to helping others see that it is okay to struggle. Mental health and physical health are connected. When one struggles both struggle. Thank you, mate for sharing your struggles. I wish you luck on your own journey!
Now THIS is content the world needs! 🔥 Thank you for bringing up the behind the scenes challenges that your industry encounters. As a Massage Therapist, my industry is seeing an increasing amount of clients experiencing the negative effects of sedentary lifestyles. Your list of tips and tricks can be achieved even without the additional products (for those on a budget/less tech savy, etc.), which I absolutely appreciate as it allows accessibility to such a huge crowd. Thank you for using your influence to help educate both our brains, and now bodies too! Hope you find a wonderful team to keep you killing it in your craft! Reach out if you think I could help.
This man is a legend. He is honest about the fact his health is suffering, and gives himself challenges to improve himself. He sets a goal, and is determined Congrats Bro
Your videos are top notch sir. The creator rabbit hole is DEEEEPPPP and I will admit, I fell down it. Luckily, I took some old habits with me and I feel pretty balanced. Have to find that balance for you.
Let me admit something that everyone wants to say - your video's are some of the best on TH-cam without a doubt. I know where you are health wise. I've been there. Taking care of your health is important and one day, if you need to break for a while I'm with you. Do it because you need it. As one said, "Don't be perfect, be yourself".
Coming to this video after your transformation video on August 31. Gotta say... Arun from this video would be so damn proud of the Arun from August 31❤️. Also, this has also motivated me towards starting a 3-month transformation of my own starting today till November 31. I too have been obsessing way too much over a side hustle ever since covid and it has absolutely destroyed my health over the last 2 years. I've gained over 30 percent of my precovid weight which is extremely dangerous. My social relationships have completely fallen apart and my productivity at work is going down and down. While I've achieved significant progress in my side hustle, the question is at what cost. I have had a comeback plan but never really started it. Gonna start now. I'll try to come back to this comment on November 31. Thank you for inspiring me Arun❤️❤️❤️
I can relate a lot to how much work sometimes goes behind content, it’s completely invisible in the video, but it can really burn you out. I slowed down my video production rate for around two months and I can say it definitely has payed off, I really recommend it
I’m taking this journey with you my good sir. I’m currently 300lbs. -Drink more water and lose the sodas. -Taking my dog for a longer walk everyday. -Cutting down on my screen time so I actually go to sleep at a proper time. -Using the home gym I paid so much for. -I tend to eat until I’m stuffed. Gain more control over when I stop eating a meal. Ps. See you on August 31st. Edit: The support here is amazing. Five days in and 5 lbs lost so far.
@@Mike_Dubayou That's the part people forget, because the rest of us don't have the same reaction. Of course, your health matters. But no-one knows that you exist bro. Keep it up, take care
I’ll try to join you in this challenge - Drink more water (enough for being healthy) - Get more sleep - Lower my screen time by at least an hour - Go for a run each day before school - Be consistent with taking my medicines
I want to improve productivity: - set time to exercise each day - improve sleep schedule - set a routing/plan for the day - start doing 10 minutes meditation every day - focusing on self control and discipline
Hello Arun, while I applaud healthy changes, I'm worried that you are simply giving yourself more things to stress about. I wish you would just slow down and put out less content if it is too much. Don't you realise that the reason we watch you is mostly because of your lovely personality , you are such a nice young man and I constantly use your tech advice when looking for a new product . You explain everything so clearly so even an oldie like me has now got the courage to try new things . Please don't burn yourself out, just slow down and make less content so that you can stick to a proper working day with strict hours. What you need is actual time to yourself in the evenings to relax, visit friends etc. and at least one hour before bed to have a hot soak, then go to bed with a good book- a real book , no audiobooks, no heavy learning , no arty-farty deep meaning books, just a nice piece of fiction, like a good detective series. Thanks for all your great videos , but I would be happy to see less of them if it meant you had a more relaxed life. Arun, you are far to young to have a heart attack or stroke , but you are living with far to much stress and we don't want to see you make yourself ill. Please take care xx
Agree wholeheartedly. Arun, you talked only doing healthy stuff and nothing about reducing your perfectionism. It's that you have to address. Yes, taking on more people should help but not if you drive them crazy. Your delivery and humour are key strengths. You can afford to do some less elaborate videos.
but if he changes his mindset which will def happen in this period if it goes well he wont be stressed from making good videos the vids will be just as good if not better if hes more relaxed. but none the less its his job hes gotta keep working until he retires to stay alive thats how the world is
Great to see you put your health first. Making videos can get very overwhelming and tiring and I've personally felt the same countless number of times to the point of giving up. Somewhere the work life balance gets lost in making videos. I also relate to your concern about expanding the team but I'm glad you're doing the same. All the best and hope you feel better soon!
@Savetion (KING OF YT) Believe in JESUS today, confess and repent of your sins. No one goes to heaven for doing good but by believing in JESUS who died for our sins. Thank you for sharing this. As someone who struggles with anxiety and is constantly trying to better my life I truly appreciate honesty and being vulnerable.
This is actually the first time I’ve gone through an entire Mrwhosetheboss video without laughing. Doing my own introspection from start to finish. Turned our attention towards a very important part of our lives, our health - both mental and physical. Thanks Arun.
I think this is a great idea! Great to see you are taking care of your physical and mental health as a creator. It is easy to get caught up with the constant strive for better results, I have just burnt out myself recently and I only make shorts, I couldnt imagine the stress you would have on your plate. You have inspired me to be back up and creating for my audience full time again by the end of this three months. Thanks for all you do, you are an inspiration to other creators 🤗
Once i get over this flu, i’m joining you. I want to get a clear positive bright feeling about the future and every moment i’m living out now to feel real, meaningful and intentional. I got a sit-stand desk last year, and joined the gym this year, started seeing a psychologist, all to live a little better day by day and Funnily enough, being sick has forced me to cut snacks, drink more, sleep more. Being intentional with my time has drawn me to spend time with loved ones more, given me the space and freedom to really draw out the things I’ve been missing in life- hope your journey gives the same back for you
Arun, really appreciate your honesty, and great job making your fitness plan simple! You can't go wrong with 10k steps per day, a healthy minimally processed diet, calorie deficit, high protein intake, progressive weight training, and good sleep. Remember, it's consistency over perfection. PS. I know you love apps, and it really helps to track your calories and macros for a few weeks to make sure you're reaching your targets.
Well if you take a calorie deficit and weight training then there is no point in weight training because you need a calorie surplus to see a higher gain
I’m in! I actually started last year after developing lower back problems from sitting for long periods of time (and getting too fat!). I’ve lost over 40lbs (20 kg) since dec 2021; 20 kg to go! Good luck . Take small steps and be patient!
I'm currently 15 years old and I am 173 cm tall and weight 82 kg. My BMI is 27 and I'm well on my way to obesity if I don't do anything. I was planning on doing something for a long time now but you gave me the push to do it. Here's how I will lose weight: -cycle daily, gradually increasing the route distance each day -go to the gym consistently -avoid sweets and junk food -reduce eating
Just a tip: If you like sweets then you can still eat berries. They're sweet but also healthy. Also I know you can achieve your goals, I think you've got this. 🙏
Hello ! I'm 25, 165 cm tall and weigh 75kg. Overweight for years now, I join my pledge to yours and Arun's ! I already walk quite a lot, but here's what I'll do : • I will restrain my chocolate intake to one tablet of dark chocolate every two weeks instead of one of milk chocolate every week, • I will avoid junk and sweet foods as much as I can, • I will try to eat only at meal times, • Snacks will be restricted to apples and bananas if I need them. Here's to all those who are working on the Change ! :D
Even in a video talking about him being burned out and talking how being a youtuber is having a toll on his body, he still brings us lots of effort. Thank you Arun!
Just watch your posture & your back. Having hurt mine many years ago, I am very conscious of just how often we use our lower back muscles throughout the day when we barely notice we're doing it. Good luck.
You undoubtedly have one of the highest quality channels on TH-cam as a whole. Well done. Take a break sometimes, you definitely deserve it. You've made a name for yourself on here now, I heard of you years before I watched any of your vids. We will still be here when you come back.
Being a TH-camr is Interesting start but staying constant is toughest than ever , Most of us dont have correct eating ,sleeping cycle , Last year i dealt with strange depression that doctor told me , i had anxiety at night . it was due to something keep running in my mind , less sleep . lessen the content health is everything ,we are not going to take single dollar when we die . see the beauty of world , you at good financial level already bro
@@chickenbreathing8212 Agreed. This isn’t the first time someone has offered me something for leaving a comment. Usually, it’s I’ve been selected for the shortlist of winners from a scammer.
Does anyone know who Meeka is? I left a comment for mrwhosetheboss and it says, tell Meeka I’ve referred you for something new. Man, I hate these trolls. They’re popping up everywhere on TH-cam. Mrwhosetheboss does not have 003 at the end of his name. Good eyes and common sense, SpiritOfllame..
Depression is becoming normal. Thanks to capitalism getting out of hand, raising the competition and expectations bar and pushing people beyond their healthy limits.
The best thing is that if you thought and determined it without this video, your mind could have said “leave it” but now you have a commitment to us !! Great move 🙌🏻
Another reason you're possibly the best content creator on this platform. Most youtubers would make a dramatic and mopey video on this topic but yours is transparent, honest, AND you're providing genuine health tips. We really appreciate you and encourage you to stay healthy
I hope you get better! Your mental health should improve and everyone is here to support you. Don’t move your mind into that one little corner or else you’d get yourself into an infinite maze
Hi, I just found the video and realised that 31st is tomorrow. Nice, looking forward to seeing your progress. In my case, I think I will benefit from a simpler life, trying to get less things done while enjoying more those I choose to spend more time on. I think this will help a lot!
Bro, you literally make some of the most fun tech content on the web. And sure, the flashy editing and your attention to detail help make the quality so far above, BUT, we are all here to see you talk about tech. You are a positive and upbeat person, and you as a personality, is what we really love on this channel. Please do the things you enjoy most, and we will enjoy it along with you!
I'm glad you felt like you could open up about this with your subscribers, I hear how hard it is for you and I hope you can improve your health (both physical and mental), your work isn't you, take good care of yourself! ❤️
This is amazing. Was also planning on starting something of the sort this June Work on my body Go back to cycling No more financial debts And have my things in order. I know it's achievable and this video had just kick-started my motivation 💪🏽💪🏽
I’m in! I started online school for numerous reasons about a year ago and while it has really been a blessing in more ways than not, other parts of my life have started to suffer. Where I may not have the major mental health problems I had due to the social aspect of school, I have started suffering from burnout due to the simple fact that working in my bedroom makes it more difficult to get into a “home” mood, and while working, my productivity also suffers because of not having a dedicated “focus” workspace. Adding that to an increasing amount of work load, it’s no surprise that I struggled to get everything done, but since the semester is coming to an end and we have mid-year break coming up, I am going to make an effort to start creating mindfulness habits and creating a dedicated work - time which I must stick to if I want to get everything done, instead of just merging my life with my work and leaving no time for myself. I am going to start doing yoga, go for walks and make actual meals instead of just living off ramen and grilled cheese sandwiches.
I'm facing the same problem of working and living in the same room. I haven't really solved it but I'm trying to do my work in another room (with less distractions). It's me taking some time to get used to though.
I’ll be along for the ride! I’m pretty badly underweight and I’m gonna start trying to put on some muscle by: -Eating much more, particularly protein rich food -Drinking more water -Going running -Starting to work out I think this was the push I needed to start improving my health, thanks Arun Here’s to bettering ourselves!
@@rudyard_crippling u wana change that its simple eat less more protein and work out if u wana lose weight if you wana gain muscle eat more than you burn
Embarrassing? Not really. I admire what you're doing here, it takes real courage to talk to your audience about your mental health, you get it out of you and release the stress that way. You should take a break for a few weeks, you deserve it, and youtube needs Mrwhosetheboss and one that's in good shape.
Love the channel brother, I’m in the same boat, a heavy one lol. - Eat better - Exercise 3-5 times a week - Stand while at the desk - Track nutrition/calories - Walk with dogs several times a week
Please don't forget that it's both your mind and body that need care. Sure, weight gain is the physically noticeable aspect of pushing yourself too hard on TH-cam. But mental fatigue looks way worse. Panic attacks, anxiety, trips to the ER, etc. You should limit yourself to a certain amount of hours per week. Set boundaries, give yourself days off every week. Completely disconnect.
'm currently 15 years old and I am 173 cm tall and weight 82 kg. My BMI is 27 and I'm well on my way to obesity if I don't do anything. I was planning on doing something for a long time now but you gave me the push to do it. Dont make your calory deficit too big though, if you lose weight too quickly you will have a lot of loose skin. You can try going to the gym more, so you will lose fat slower than eating in a colory deficit. This also makes you come out muscular because its easier to gain muscle while you have more fat.
Good luck on your journey. I do reccomend to not reduce eating as much. Just eat healthier foods. Cutting off candy and junk food does that automatically. Do not starve yourself.
Please make more content like this. It makes you so approachable. You don't need to always review tech. I'd just be happy watching you talk on life/philosophy, anything really. To be honest, many of your watchers don't care for the tech nearly as much as they just enjoy listening to your voice and background colors.
@@bas9348 His demography changed from tech enthusiasts to kids years ago. it's more effective to make things that would grab the attention of kids with flashy editing, jokes, drama and such. That's how most (not all) big youtubers got where they are now, especially minecraft youtubers and let's players. They appeal to immaturity. Arun's videos these days are a mix of flashy editing, toy like gadgets, jokes and "comedy skits". Even this video, there are more than a handful of "cool tech" that appeals to curiosity. It's not a "bad" thing. You are mostly forced to go down the "appealing to immaturity" path if you want to become successful these days. That's just how youtube works now. This reminds me of a sorta similar story, not too important so you can stop reading here. A youtuber called Roomie Official tried going down the path of appealing to immaturity not too long ago. Changed his entire style and tried making flashy, over edited videos where he do things completely unrelated to his channel which is about music. His subscribers basically rioted in the comments, rightfully so. That and the plummeting numbers made him go back to his usual style. Thankfully the majority of his fan base wasn't into that style. But not every fan base is like that; I mean look at this one.
I only found your channel a month ago, and since then I’ve been amazed at how concise but full your content is. I’ve questioned how in g-d’s name you could possibly find, learn about, test, drill down, and select a single gadget… much less 10-20… and then a video with, as you noted, all the edits. I gotta say man, I’m impressed. And this video was great, helping me understand the density of your job. Stay healthy friend. You’re appreciated.
Nice! I'm down for change. Pandemic has put me in a bit of a health tailspin and I've really been feeling it last few months. We got an eliptical which I can recommend over a treadmill, and also my partner swears by their Fitbit. I'm gonna drop the beer and take out and commit to 30min exercise a day. Here's to August! Curious if that bed helps... 🤔
Everyone's been having a transformation recently and I love it. I've started too, and I wish you the best of luck. So glad people are prioritizing their health now as well. WE'RE ALL GONNA MAKE IT!
I think it is incredibly brave to put yourself out there like that! Love your channel, and have subscribed now for a couple years. I hope you find that balance of happiness and fulfillment that you most definitely deserve! Good Luck Mr Who's the Boss, we are rooting for you 💯💯
Feeling and seeing a version of yourself that's different from the normal is scary. I'm in the same boat. Sleep, food management, exercise, water and motivation to stay on track are what I'mma improve on. Good luck and let's see what August brings!
This is my favorite TH-cam channel. From the instant I watched one of these videos last year I could immediately tell Arun valued his viewers’ time and was creating genuinely useful and enjoyable videos! This video has lived up to that as much as ever. You are an inspiration Arun and I wish you all the best! I will be joining you with my own plan of how/what to work on in my life.
good luck man, I will try it with you. I'm going a bit late but I am around 21% body fat, and 185lbs. I will try to decrease my body fat to 18%, get rid of the gut, and most importantly change my habits to help me connect with God more often. I am 31 and have my first kid on the way (wifes due late october) and I want to be around to see my grandkids so that is one of main motivation. these are the changes- quit smoking, work out 2-3 times a week, nightly prayer and reading the word, purge negativity (including media and people, garbage in garbage out), and last but not least be thankful for what I have and tell people what they mean to me. (gratitude is key) thank you for the motivation and feel free to add me on social media, I will try to remember to post something on here everyday. I mostly use Facebook and TH-cam. keep up the good work and God bless you.
I actually LOVE this chanel because I know a lot of things from this chanel. Also you helped to find My dream phone actuqlly and i've seen a Lot of cool stuffs from this chanel.
Dude, I’ve probably never felt more connected to a video than this one. As a TH-camr at a time myself even tho not very big I know how much of an immense amount of effort it takes to bring great videos every day and how much it affects ur mental health. The burnout is quite frankly very real. People just believe TH-cam to be very easy as if it’s just upload a video and boom ur done but it’s so much more! So being motivated by this video I too am gonna start some things from today tht I will hold myself accountable to by august. I will start working out a lot more. Taking care of my skin Eating a lot more fruits and veggies Cutting down on sugar as much as possible And also study a lot more for my college. Well that’s all I really hope u and I both are able to do all the we want and achieve it very soon! 💪🏼 Much love ❤️
You haven't even posted a video in 6 months. Not only that, but you post SHORTS which are SUPER SHORT videos. I doubt you can relate to a channel with 10 million subscribers. But okay! LOL
@@MrChrisbtacos lmao that’s what I said, “TH-camr at a time” And filter my videos by oldest first u will see how I improved with time. Hey Arun, your videos have been silver linings during my health breakdown. I believe that you are the one who can get your health goals done properly. Please use the classic health promoting methods along with the cutting-edge tech assisted ones.
I would like to point out that while it’s tough on you it has paid of in huge ways. Your content is exploding and I love to see you get the recognition.
I mean yeah he did get a ton of recognition and popularity cause of all the hustle he did. But what's the point of it if you are surrounded with health problems and diseases a few years down the road effectively reducing your overall lifespan. health was never a priority. I'm glad he realised this soon is making a change.
@@manan-543 the point is that with 10 million subs he could probably take a break from his channel for years and live off the money his videos would keep making during that time - probably live really well too, seeing how much popular content he's got.
I just want to say I love that you’re being vulnerable. I love this. Thank you for sharing. It’s a blessing and a curse that you’re always wanting to perfect..: just know we enjoy your videos either way. Baby steps bro!
This is why I love this channel so much: how many other people would not only come forward with their problems of overworking themselves, but also have a fully thought-out plan as well! Arun, you truly are an inspiration to us all! We all know you can do it!

This is really motivational for those who suffer the same problem or even other problems , we have so many hours available during the day and if we make a good schedule we will both keep ourselfs healthy and productive , I'm so happy for this man!
you got this, and if that means that there are gonna be fewer or "lower" quality videos that is ok for us. health is much more important and we will stay here till your back to healthy again. personally im working on gaining weight. Good luck! :))
I just want to say I appreciate every little bit of detail you’ve put into your videos. When I noticed you had small icons representing how far into each section of a video I am. I vowed to watch your content no matter the length cause I knew you cared about each aspect of my experience just from that single thing I noticed.
Every time I watch a Mrwhosetheboss video, I’m genuinely blown away by how good and how professional the editing skills are. It’s not as easy as it may seem, to add in all the transitions, special effects, cool highlights, and all the text. And the fact that Arun has been producing videos at this level constantly for the past few years, leaves me speechless.
I became really cynical and thought "I would also do this if I had money like him to buy all that stuff". But then I realized this guy worked his ass off for a really long time before he managed to afford everything by himself. He deserves everything he has.
Like half of the things he’s doing , no almost all the things he’s doing can be done by anyone , yes there were some machines which not everyone has but that barely matters , all we need to focus on is our heath , eating healthy , sleeping healthy and getting regular exercise Which I believe most of us can
i mean look at top actors changing their body type for every movie. you dont need money to be healthy, but with more money you can become even healthier. keep up the grind brother. water, meditation, sleep and walk is free start from there.
I can't remember when I started watching your videos but i do know it's been years and I would say I'm a long time supporter of your videos! Despite focusing on personal health issues, you still managed to make it tech centric! Keep up the good work and wish you all the best for improving your lifestyle!

It take a balls to come out and tell people. You have my respect

Dont make your calory deficit too big though, if you lose weight too quickly you will have a lot of loose skin. You can try going to the gym more, so you will lose fat slower than eating in a colory deficit. This also makes you come out muscular because its easier to gain muscle while you have more fat.

His demography changed from tech enthusiasts to kids years ago. it's more effective to make things that would grab the attention of kids with flashy editing, jokes, drama and such.
And this video was great, helping me understand the density of your job.

good luck man, I will try it with you. I'm going a bit late but I am around 21% body fat, and 185lbs.
I will try to decrease my body fat to 18%, get rid of the gut, and most importantly change my habits to help me connect with God more often. I am 31 and have my first kid on the way (wifes due late october) and I want to be around to see my grandkids so that is one of main motivation.
these are the changes-
quit smoking,
work out 2-3 times a week,
nightly prayer and reading the word,
purge negativity (including media and people, garbage in garbage out),
and last but not least be thankful for what I have and tell people what they mean to me. (gratitude is key)
thank you for the motivation and feel free to add me on social media, I will try to remember to post something on here everyday. I mostly use Facebook and TH-cam. keep up the good work and God bless you.

So being motivated by this video I too am gonna start some things from today tht I will hold myself accountable to by august.

Cutting down on sugar as much as possible
And also study a lot more for my college.
Well that’s all I really hope u and I both are able to do all the we want and achieve it very soon! 💪🏼
Much love ❤️
You haven't even posted a video in 6 months. Not only that, but you post SHORTS which are SUPER SHORT videos. I doubt you can relate to a channel with 10 million subscribers. But okay! LOL
@@MrChrisbtacos lmao that’s what I said, “TH-camr at a time”
And filter my videos by oldest first u will see how I improved with time.
I was super invested and was trying my best to make great vids but then I kinda burnt out and my college had started so I stopped in 2021, those shorts are just like some stuff tht I found in the game tht I shared.
I’m just paying attention to your profile pic
@@shyrym lol it’s like the emote of the main character of the game I used to play but edited to make it look like he’s dabbing
@@kingawsmtheii5160 I know what clash royale is
Man u are truly my favorite youtuber, and as im watching this, im thinking man i am going to join this man in this journey, i appreciate you sharing such a vulnerable and personal moment with us. I will also take this journey with ya.
Hey Arun, your videos have been silver linings during my health breakdown. I believe that you are the one who can get your health goals done properly. Please use the classic health promoting methods along with the cutting-edge tech assisted ones.
I live in a nursing home as I have early Dementia,i love your channel so much
Take a break man, you really do more than deserve it. And it’s okay to take longer
@No bias. thanks, fixed it
I would like to point out that while it’s tough on you it has paid of in huge ways. Your content is exploding and I love to see you get the recognition.
Don’t say something like that, though you intend it to be encouraging, it may encourage him to push his health more to go viral.
Even still, everyone does deserve some rest every now and then.
@@tjvista8177 of course just wanted to point out that all the hard work did pay off.
I just want to say I love that you’re being vulnerable. I love this. Thank you for sharing. It’s a blessing and a curse that you’re always wanting to perfect..: just know we enjoy your videos either way. Baby steps bro!
Glad to see you upload because you have a passion (-fruit) for technology, not for money
😂
This is why I love this channel so much: how many other people would not only come forward with their problems of overworking themselves, but also have a fully thought-out plan as well! Arun, you truly are an inspiration to us all! We all know you can do it!
Exactly!!
Ya know what? I think i'll join you in the ways I can. I can't use the standing desk because i had an ankle operation recently, but some of the other stuff I def can do. I want to be healthier!
Mr whose the boss, wym
@@IslamNabi10 that's a scammer, it isn't the real him, he would have a checkmark next to his name if he was real
@@IslamNabi10 WATCH OUT THIS ACCOUNT IS A SCAM ACCOUNT. NEVER TRUST TH-camRS GIVING AWAY PRIZES UNLESS THEY TALK ABOUT A GIVAWAY OR SOMETHING IN THE VIDEO
Especially if the account name is obviously totally fake
@@BamaChad-W4CHD that's what I'm saying, no one puts their email as a TH-cam username
Ah yes sleep and movement. I remember that 😴... but in all seriousness, ive made less recently and slept like a baby.
Content creation and poor sleep are 100% linked. I like your new health system, im going to try it too, thanks for all you do Arun
ok
I like your videos and watch them all through but not every, keep up the good content!
Good luck! :))
It must have taken a lot to share this with everyone out there, cheers to that, it's inspiringly courageous
He overdoes it. That is the biggest problem. Look at MKBHD. So simple and professionally made content.
@@minimalist1911 but that what makes him different. I prefer this over mkbhd
Looks like we’re both winners😇✌️
I don't think he does the editing. He has a hired editor to do it
@@minimalist1911 nah mkbhd can get boring. It's just him talking the whole time. I guess it gets the points across but the video feels bland
I became really cynical and thought "I would also do this if I had money like him to buy all that stuff". But then I realized this guy worked his ass off for a really long time before he managed to afford everything by himself. He deserves everything he has.
🤣
Like half of the things he’s doing , no almost all the things he’s doing can be done by anyone , yes there were some machines which not everyone has but that barely matters , all we need to focus on is our heath , eating healthy , sleeping healthy and getting regular exercise
Which I believe most of us can
Trust me you don't need any of those to improve your lifestyle.
i mean look at top actors changing their body type for every movie. you dont need money to be healthy, but with more money you can become even healthier. keep up the grind brother. water, meditation, sleep and walk is free start from there.
@@Noshied Thank you!!!! I've improved my life greatly with a $20 gym membership and a good diet.
I can't remember when I started watching your videos but i do know it's been years and I would say I'm a long time supporter of your videos! Despite focusing on personal health issues, you still managed to make it tech centric! Keep up the good work and wish you all the best for improving your lifestyle!
I think it's powerful that you've made a choice and actionable plan to love yourself more. King energy.
I’ve actually just recently joined the gym and paid a 3 month subscription, this video couldn’t have been timed better, I’ll try to keep up and see how we both progress, much love bro
