    Thanks for sharing. Some people add salt instead of sugar at the beginning. What diff does it make?

      Sugar is to add color to the curry and salt sometimes added to stop the oil to splatter...thank you for watching

    But who gets 850 grams
    It's either 500 or 1000 or 250

      Hi madam, I apologize for the delayed response.It completely depends on how thick or thin the gravy you want. For 250 gm I think 3 -4 spoon masala is enough for thick gravy. I hope it helps. Thank you for your support.
