You are one of the few foreingers that have got to know some hidden gems in Bogota, and Colombia in general, you can start your own small business bringing some americans or just helping them scheduling their trips to Colombia. You have a good american platform.

I get nostalgic when I watch these videos. I stayed close to downtown Bogota July 2019. Was nice and cool weather wise. Was near tons of restuarants Walking distant to supermarket. Nice time.

Great tip! Love the look of this place. I like the location and it's a short hike up to Zona G. I typically like to be closer to the transmilenio, but this looks like an amazing option. Insane room for the price!

Bogotá is higher in elevation than Denver. So i can imagine how cold it can get in the winter.
There's no winter. The seasons are rainy season and dry season. The temperature only gets a little colder in December. Median temperature is 48°F

Basically if yoy stay for a month thats $900-$930, far cheaper than an apartment in south Florida
They have monthlys for much cheper
Actually, if you book on Airbnb for a month, I’d be less that $700.

Do they give an issue with guests? A lot of hotels I’ve noticed ask everyone that come in for ID and if you only have booked for 1 person they don’t let others in.

Some areas are unlocked down and many are not. currently I'm in the area that is not and does not have those rules so my recommendation to your family member is to be careful where she plans on staying.
