@@Loop2React Really!? They're like the biggest power metal band atm lol. Then you MUST do Bismarck, not only is it awesome, you'll see exactly what I mean by this song being a parody.
Yes but that we can defend with the fact that they haven´t heard them, wich of coourse is a sad since it the best band in the world according to me. The utter sin is that there is infact Italians that don´t wake up every morning crying about this disaster, this was more the football, yes football is what it is called.
Pasadena, 1994 was when the heavily favored Brazilians thought they'd blow out the underdog Italian team in the World Cup final. Much to the Brazilians' surprise, the Italians took them all the way through the 1st and 2nd halves AND Extra Time, with no score registered. It all came down to Penalty Kicks at the end, when Brazil FINALLY got the better of the Italians. It was the best damn World Cup Final I've ever seen!
"Italians lose wars as if they were football matches, and football matches as if they were wars" Winston Churchill. It is a superb parody of a Sabaton song especially "The Last Stand" and getting Joakim to perform in the song is brilliant.
i saw them live back in april. before the show i started talking with the drummer and we chatted for like 15min he then goes into the venue and 5 to 10min later he comes out and invites me in for their soundcheck and they where such nice guys and they let me stay to see frozen crown the opening band too. love them and i hope to see them in denmark again soon in the near future
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻love you guys, happy for mission accomplished!!! 😂 This is from their last album Dislike to False Metal, and they have done a pretty amazing job. Fun fact: in more than one interview they declared Pasadena 1994 was their only serious song, and for sure I have some friends who still have PTSD from that. So we are all waiting for the SabatoN History Episode about this tragic event.
Very funny reaction guys, i love the fact that you got a lot o references, if you want to continue wit hthe Nanowar's rabbit hole, i think that Valhalleluja shoud be your next one, it is clever, fun and very well put togheter, with a huge surprise, can't miss that!
After this you have to try Sabaton, i would recomend "The Last Stand" about the swiss guards defence of the popes retreat during the sacking of Rome in 1527.
Check out some Sabaton videos, then you understand the style of the video and the song. As a Sabaton fan, I have to say, musically they where spot on :D (The annuncer was Joakim, the lead singer from Sabaton)
There is a quote attributed to Winston Churchill(though it's probably made up): "Italians lose wars as if they were football matches and football matches as if they were wars" I feel like this quote should have opened the video to give it more of the Sabaton '(history version)' MV vibe. Also, the lines in second verse 'Castel St. Angelo sets a jumbo screen' and 'catenaccio dignified' are references to Sabaton lyrics(who this song parodies - and of course Joakim of Sabaton is the guest singer on this).
Nice reaction men :) But I don't know if you got the main collaboration with Joakim Broden, the singer of Sabaton. This song smells like Sabaton art, talking about second world war in their albums using their own style, and the metaphore between the football match & war is even juicy when you know Sabaton. Nanowar Of Steel has the habbit to right songs using other bands style, with their collaboration (Rhapsody of Fire for "Barbie Milf Princess of the twilight" or Steel Panther for "Uranus" for instance).
I think you guys missed the most important component of video: they got Sabaton's lead singer to parody his own music.
Thanks! We are not very familiar with it

This needs a Nanowar of steel history episode. 😁
Rose Bowl in Pasadena was where the 1994 world cup finals were played (and where Italy lost because of THAT Baggio missed penalty)
Still waiting for Sabaton History Channel episodes for this epic battle and Hellfighters.
Good call 🤙

Questi ragazzi oltre ad essere talentuosi a livello musicale, sono geniali ,li adoro 🤣
After this you have to try Sabaton, i would recomend "The Last Stand" about the swiss guards defence of the popes retreat during the sacking of Rome in 1527.
The military outfits are because Sabaton always plays in white/black camo trousers, and have tanks, airplanes and such in their live stages.
Una delle più belle reaction a questa canzone!
Ps. Era pizzul non ciotti
HAI RAGIONE PIZZUL!!!!! haha grazie mille

imagine how hard joakim had to control himself not to die laughing about the lyrics..^^
the next step is "And Then I Noticed That She Was a Gargoyle"
Vahalleluja reaction....daiiiiii cristo!
After completely missing the point of Norwegian Reggaeton, you guys finally got it. Congrats.
Better later than never lol

Yeah we're definitely new to this band and style of composing but we are still learning haha! Fun and entertaining nonetheless
