Tampa Bay Offshore Hogfish & Snapper Fishing (65 Feet)

- In this video, I went offshore bottom fishing for hogfish, mangrove snapper, and grouper with my girlfriend Heather, my buddy Adam, and his wife Caitlin. We ended up finding a new spot 17 miles offshore in 65 feet of water on what appeared to be hard bottom. We started dropping down knocker rigs with frozen sardines, frozen shrimp, live pinfish, and live greenbacks. It didn't take long for us to start catching some quality fish!

Someone on that boat is using the best rods out there bull bay rods. Especially those banshees. See ya you definitely need to get rid of those st croix pick up some of those bull bays. Customer service and warranty soo much better then st crap

What was the rig you were using to catch the Hogs? Knocker rig? Sinker and hook size?
It was a knocker rig with a 1 oz egg weight and size 1 circle hook

@@SeeYaDude if you end up liking it check out calusa customs. Brady Nelson was working with Dan James then took over when he sold. He is in Cape Coral where I live and makes an awesome rod. He was working with Justin menendez but I’m not sure if he still is or not.
