I really love this Bible. There’s the great NKJV translation and great study notes, but the illustrations are what really sell it. Those articles are great, the concordance, etc. great review!
Got one for Christmas and I've never had a Study Bible before and while reading the forward this video gave me a much clearer understanding of how to use it I was a bit confused with all the information thank you
Ideas for a future video (perhaps you have done this already): 5 Favorite Podcasts, 5 Favorite Pastors ( besides your own), 5 favorite websites/apps that you use. Just a suggestion that I selfishly would think is interesting and would watch. Loved this review as well.
@@ClaimingChristianity the shelf on your desk that houses your Bibles, what is it called and where did you get it? I need something like that for my office.
Great review sir. Really love this new NKJV study bible. Praise the Lord! May I ask Charlotte Ortolani Hi maam. Praise the Lord! May I ask if anybody have an old or used Thomas nelson NKJV study bible? Can I buy it for cheaper price it's quite expensive here in my place. I really love to have one. its my dream study bible 🙏
I have the second edition full color and other than the addition of “Thinking about the study of the New Testament” “The geography of the gospels” and “From biblical book to contemporary hook” listed in the contents. The rest of the content seems to be the same just formatted slightly different.
Frisch's video mentions the contributors being baptistic so does some of the verse notes assume dispensational theology over covenantal or does this Bible present both interpretations when it comes to particular verses that get into these frameworks.
I wish I could answer that question for you…but I don’t happen to have the KJV Full color. I’m sure the notes are similar if not the same as it’s the same company and similar translation. But truthfully…I don’t know. Sorry.
I’d say I like and trust John MacArthurs theology just a bit more. Not the the NKJV is wrong…but if I had to choose one…I like what he has to say in the commentary. My opinion is specific to the actual commentary. You’re gonna get more charts, diagrams and stuff like that in the NKJV. (That’s why I have both lol). But if pushed and I could only have one. It would be the MacArthur.
it is an allianceist or allist dispensation. Arminian or Reformed? I could translate it into Brazilian Portuguese. I live in Brazil and would register a work like this in my language.
Not all do. And from doing reviews over the years...I've found that there is about an equal number of folks who don't like the red letter. So I'm sure the maufaturers take that into account. I personally like blue letter. but those are few and far between

I just bought a leathersoft indexed version for $40! Woo hoo can’t wait to get it
Nice! Study Hard!
I wish they had a giant print version of this study bible. I can't find one online.
Loved how many study opportunities and colored pictures this Bible has!

Nice. You like it.
Thats a beautiful Bible! I ordered one for one of our students, and I cant wait to see it in person, but its on backorder.
Yeah. Mine took months. I’m taking that as a good thing. Hopefully that means there’s lots of people wanting and reading Gods Word.

Too bad Nelson haven't done a 3rd edition on their kjv of this type of bible yet..I hope they will soon.
You never know. They’re always coming out with new stuff. So maybe sometime soon

How would this compare to the KJV Full Color Study Bible from Nelson? As in notes, commentary, etc. Thanks 😃
I wish I could answer that question for you…but I don’t happen to have the KJV Full color. I’m sure the notes are similar if not the same as it’s the same company and similar translation. But truthfully…I don’t know. Sorry.
Have you compared the Nelson KJV and Nelson NKJV study Bibles? I’m thinking the Liberty U aspect of the KJV might lead to significant differences.
I haven’t. I don’t have a whole lot of KJV’s I think like 2. Lol.
@@ClaimingChristianity Thanks
I need 10 million copies. From king James version,
That’s a lot of copies. Lol
i thought the NKJV FULL COLOR 3RD EDITION STUDY BIBLE WOULD BE IN GIVEAWAY
Would you recommend this over the MacArthur Study Bible?
No. If I had to choose. Go MacArthur.
@@ClaimingChristianity what would the main differences be? Thank you for your time and effort you put into these. It helps a lot.

Hi are the words of Jesus in Red?
What is the difference between this one and the cultural backgrounds study bible?
I’d say the cultural backgrounds focuses more on context historical stuff. This is more general all around commentary and info.
@@ClaimingChristianity thank you so much for responding and giving us great videos
Thank YOU for the encouragement and support!! Soli Deo Gloria
How i can have this biblie? I am in Perú give me information Please.
Unfortunately I’m not sure how it works in Peru. Can you order it?
Does this Bible have commentary
yes...it doesn't cover EVERY single verse...but just like a typical study bible
I heard it does not have Jesus red print :/

Red lettering should have been an option though
Who wrote Thomas Nelson nkjv study bible? Anyone know?
Like the team of scholars that contributed to the commentary?
Are Jesus's words printed in red???
No not in this edition.
Is it red letter?
No it’s not, not in god’s word. I was disappointed. But still a great bible
