Greg Kogan is one of the best pianists I've ever known. I worked with him for about a year in Lionel Hampton's band which was how I came to know Greg. I looked forward to his solos every night especially on the ballads and he did shine every time. He is very overlooked and is a phenomenal pianist! I'm a fan for life!
