    Here's a video with some cool driving tips for new and not so new drivers, and some of the most frequently asked questions during driving lessons. If you have any questions, comments, suggestions for videos etc., don't hesitate leave them in the comments.
    Note: While I try to make my videos as universal as possible, rules and laws may vary according to the place where you’re driving and might be different from the ones in this video. Always drive according to the laws and rules that apply to the place where you are driving. Requirements at the driving exam may also be different than the ones shown here. Always respect the requirements that apply to the place where you are passing your driving exam. This video is not meant to replace your official driving courses.

      It's easy once you get used to it. Driving might look scary when you're watching others drive but when you're actually behind the wheel yourself and have control of the vehicle, it's easy and fun! I have my permit and have been practicing for like 2 months now. Not as scary as I thought! Driving requires lots of attention so as long as you keep your eyes on the road and both hands on the wheel, you'll have no issues. Good luck to you all :)

    Most people say if you want go up hill from a stop on a manual, you don't use the handbrake but rather the regular foot brakes

    • @ConduiteFacile
      @ConduiteFacile  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +PCruler OK. And how do you hold the clutch pressed then?

    • @CIubDuck
      @CIubDuck 8 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      +Conduite Facile Just hold the clutch down and hold the brakes down with first gear in, and slowly lift the clutch until you hear and feel the engine slightly powering the wheels, slowly let go of the brake while also slowly letting go of the clutch, and release the foot brake. The car should still be standing still with the power of the engine on the wheels, and go to the gas pedal while the clutch is still powering the wheels and drive off normally.

    • @yoinks5475
      @yoinks5475 8 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Heel-Toe position, Left foot on the Clutch, top of your right foot on the Brake, bottom of your right foot on the Gas and slowly come off the clutch whilst giving a bit of gas. That's how I'd recommend using it on a Hill Start. Takes a bit of practice, of course, but once you got it under control, you'll be doing it without even hesitating

    the arrow is sometimes just the nozzle of the pump.. it varies from car to car.

    • @ConduiteFacile
      @ConduiteFacile  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      True, but sometimes not even the nozzle points in the direction of the hole.

    • @pesoen
      @pesoen 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Conduite Facile in that case, the arrow is there.. i have yet to see a car with the nozzle in the wrong side, and no arrow.. so it is either an arrow, or simply the nozzle, even tried asking a local car dealer, if they had a car, where the fuel indicator had no arrow, and the nozzle was on the wrong side, with no luck finding one.. would love to have an example of a car where this happens.

    • @ConduiteFacile

    Actually there are times when a stop sign is on your right and in front, but not on your side. Idky, but I have seen some streets where this happens, just cause I see the back of a stop sign on the other side of the intersection dosen't mean mine will have one too

    You forgot to mention that you have to invert steering for trailer backing.

    • @ConduiteFacile
      @ConduiteFacile  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Why would I be talking about trailers in a video for beginners?

  • @hkanything

    The back of the stop sign is very useful. For a similar situation, how do I tell if the opposite lane is going to stop by a traffic light while turning across their lane? Someone once mention it is always the case if there is a green arrow on the traffic light on my side.

    • @ConduiteFacile
      @ConduiteFacile  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you have a green light for you, to turn, the others in front who go straight necessarily have a red light. There couldn't be a priority for you to turn while crossing their lane, and for them to advance at the same time. It is possible that you have let's say, a green arrow to the left, that gives you priority to turn left, and the cars in front also have an arrow to their left, since you won't be crossing paths. I'll discuss that on a video about priorities, which I still don't know when it's going to come out since I have a gazillion videos to do.

    i think everyone has the same learning experience when it comes to cars. Step 1. have parent or sibling immedalty freak the fuck out about anything and never give helpful advice Step 2. learn to not catch an attitude of get angry, just ask what to do and parent or sibling will tell. step 3. eventually you learn to drive and become comfortable step 4. driving test is either easy af or you fail and get discouraged but you bounce back and pass it step 5. immediately forget about everything and only focus on yourself when driving lmao

  • @codboroks97

    These are great tips. I wish I could test them out on the road, but my mom won't ever let me drive. She always puts it off "We will go later" *now it's 9pm* "Not today, I'm tired. We will do it on Tuesday" *Tuesday rolls around* "Later" *9pm* "Not today I'm tired" and it goes on like this. I've had my learners permit for about a month now and so far I have only been able to drive twice. I think my total driving distance so far is a little over a mile. I should have known she would do this though. I'm 19. I have been asking her to take me to get a learners permit since the day I turned 16.

      Andre Makris My mom said she didn't mind if i drove her old car around for a bit. She just wants me to do it during the day and when she is home. I just don't want to run the risk of getting pulled over. The car is uninsured and the tags are expired. If I get pulled over in an uninsured car with expired tags and I'm riding alone, it won't end well.

    I know how you can put your wheels straight ahead and not moving the car..... you said the stearing wheel is "right up" 3 times... pull the stearing wheel to the left or right so it cant do it anymore, then do it opposite 2 times so the logo is on the right way = wheels straight
    its hard to explain but i hope you understand
    ps, today i have had my driver licence for 1 year
