Not every martial art is for the street. However, I do a form of Aikido (along with other styles) and people will grab you this way in the street, if you encourage it and even if they do not, these techniques still work on the street. Using Aikido, I was able to encourage a person to break three of their ribs, get knocked out and crap themselves.... all with Aikido. Of course, I didn't do it, he did it to himself, I just happen to be very close to him when it happen.

If you push out your hands as gaurd and keep them in distance they very likely will grab your wrist to pull your arms away and punch.
