Nantuck: You might not know this, but even fish from the same species can have huge differences between individuals because of differences in living environment and food. Nantuck: Even though they all look the same, some individuals are particularly active and energetic. They jump out of the water from time to time and are very eye-catching. Nantuck: These individuals are superior by far in terms of both commercial and aesthetic value. Nantuck: Many hobbyists buy them at high prices and keep them at home in their tanks for ornamental purposes.

i tell you, I started last year in August. I just finished the first half of Inazuma Archon quest. but then again, I don’t play that much. so it really depends on how much time you spend on the game, and how time-effective each play is.
I started using the interactive map to mark off what I already picked up. My boyfriend says I'm cheating, but then he complains that I have more gems and stuff than him. He's more into the combat and fighting. Maybe if he played the storyline and explored, he would have more, too 🤔
This is pretty relatable . My wife does all the quests and exploration and I'm just farming artifacts and doing bare minimum of questing. So I help her manage her artifacts and weapons and she does my questing when I'm cooking or cleaning sometimes as a thank you.
As an FTP player: I personally love it! I can brag about all the 5 stars I have lol. The thing I mainly hate about it is(I’ve been playing for the last 8 months) how many amazing 5 stars there is(or at least want)! There’s Navia(she’s my main), Sigewinne, Mualani, Nuevi, Xiolnen, Furina, Kazuha, Klee, Kequing, Wanderer, Venti, and Yelan. I have 7 out of all of them so far(and a lot I don’t really want or regret pulling), and then I want their weapons(I have Sigewinnes, and Navia’s), and their cons(only have Navia and Kequing). And then there’s the freaking 4 stars which are incredibly hard to get for anyone, but especially FTP since you have less primos. I hate trying to get them.
Same with the 4 stars. I really want heizou, but I have to save my primos for mavuika since I’m on pity 58 and on guarenteed and I can’t risk accidentally pulling a neuvi con or a zhongli.
@ yeah! It’s so annoying how hard they are to get. I want faruzan and fischl(I have neither) and it’s like impossible to get them. Sometimes I wish you just couldn’t get a 4 star if it’s already C6

Made my f2p account 1st of November. The game feels so much fun using what little characters you have you'd otherwise ignore. Carefully planning who to save and pull for is so exciting, too. My main account is for characters I like while this f2p account will be meta characters only. I pulled for Kuki during that banner and rushed to get Dendro Traveler. Having a hyperbloom team that early was crazy fun.
8:52 I FINALLY got my first character with their signature weapon. Mualani and her catalyst. As a f2p it feels so fucking good to see the weapon match. And it gives good bonuses as well 😭 took me two ywars for my luck to hive me this one, but damn im so happy

I started a new account recently to help a friend who is new to the game with co-op. I will say that the story and plot giveaways make more sense when viewed all together, rather than spread out over years.
I give you another challenge. Do a f2p account, and don't pull for5* meta characters. (no Neuvi, Kazu, Nahida, Yelan, Raiden etc) While this looks brutal, it is actually pretty fun, and challenging.

I really like that HoYo gives the options to use the interactive map, or to use in game items like the treasure compass or the oculus compass, also next time you fish, use Thoma! He doubles the catches 😊 in inazuma

"I wanted to try other playstyles" and then his wishlist and pulls are mostly meta units and archons. Okay, I'm just joking around, I also pull for archons and good characters on my f2p. I also have a lucky f2p account while being a mostly welkin-only (I've topped up 4 times in 4 years) on my main. I think the most inaccurate idea that whales have is that f2ps almost don't have 5*s or good weapons just because they pull less, and they can't afford even low cons. It is the case at the beginning, and it's harder to farm primos for sure since you gotta sit down and do a lot of content. But any f2p account eventually can get goated with several amazing teams, and at that point unless you want a million characters, you can indulge on maybe a C1-C2 of a fave in reruns, maybe even a BiS weapon if you get lucky/do some sacrifices (only recommend weapon banner if both weapons are good for your account, be it a f2p or a welkin-only.) My f2pbtw bastard account has C2 Raiden, C1R1 Neuvi, C1 Hu Tao, C1s for the broken 5* support trio (Kazuha, Furina, Xilonen), and plenty of both must-pull and non-meta 5*s at C0 after 3 years and a half. Sure, some f2p accounts (especially for whales) go for 4* DPS/weapons only to have a challenge, but that's not your average f2p experience. There's all kinds of players. A lot are neither like me or the content creators' alts. I think the secret for handling two accounts is 1. play Support Impact always because you will be ready for new teams, 2. don't rush to do all new content at the same time in both or you'll get burnout, 3. not doing the same characters and teams in both. I try to pull for different characters in my accounts except for the universal supports, sub-DPSs I really like, and archons. Same logic as you picking Keqing. Having other mains keeps things fresh! And it helps your main account too, because you can skip characters you're going for on the other account. If there's two new characters on the update I want to pull for, I split them (i.e, Ayato on main and Yelan on f2p, Wrio on main and Neuvi on f2p, Alhaitham on main and Clorinde on f2p (didn't get either lol), etc.) At first, f2pbtw bastard was the experimental account where I'd pull when I wasn't sure, try 4*s I never tried, or different builds from main like crit Kazuha and onfield Nahida. I have 100% exploration on my main, and my 2nd account (which was really my first account) has an overwhelming backlog of quests that I don't know where to start. I'm playing this account VERY casually, and since I'm not wishing on limited banners I don't feel rushed to grind. It's nice.

Knowladge is power really,I came back to game after years,I played at mobile around 1.0-1.4 then quit cuz I thought It takes alot of my time,but here we are again Ive been playing for 92 days,(I was ar55 at 70-75 days or something) I did alot of things diffirently,such as getting my mines,using food carefully and realizing you dont have to be near a teleporter just to teleport around(yeah really) and didnt waste my resources,Its pretty good now
Classic tap kachina skill then start climbing ^^ About fish bowls: easily spotable, they are the ones jumping out of the water be4 you catch them Also they are harder to catch then regular Oh ye, first accention on f2p should be automatic for every new character you get, once you are in late game with 2 or 3 built teams might as well do lvl 70 accention on everyone. This will unlock all fates and make it easier to build a new character you want to try. You might just slap artifacts and weapons you have on them cos vs most enemies lvl 70 will not be one shot and see if you like their playstile, then upgrade talents to 6 and lvl tp accended 80 and test them vs bosses, if you still like them its talent/artifact/weapon(if not allready lvl 90) grind till you are satisfied (lvl 8/9/10 talents, lvl 90 if needed)
Main account is I guess a dolphin? If you can call it that, welkin moon fairly regularly and maybe 8 BP since I started playing. I have a TON of F2P alt accounts though and I get a kick out of staggering my pulls on them so they all have different 5 stars that I can build and play, then I decide what I want on my main account based on that and save pulls there. For me the mix of my dolphin account (playing since patch 1.3) and all my f2p accounts keeps me entertained best, when I get bored on my main account I lvl/build an alt account for a while and have fun playing different teams to my main.
As a free to play im doing 100% area as well and 3 months in im still in inazuma collect keys cause i do story quest and hang outs and im following a guide on Google sheets that has everything in order like a timeline from 1.0 to now so i do watch past events that have been removed, i should be in fountaine in 2 or 3 months idk, honkai star rail lets you do past events and shows a timeline which makes it comfortable to follow game is fun though i need to upgrade my phone 64gb won't hold genshin Impact for long
ngl I have a f2p account where i can't pull on the limited banner until I have 100% completed the entire current map and story (friendship and character quests included). I can only pull on standard and it's given me two Keqings. It's actually been really good long term, because she's so good for exploration. I ended up getting Tighnari in the 5 star selector.
as a F2P myself, i'd say probably dump your resin into raiden next. i dont have her but from what i can tell from my friend's raiden, she's pretty good. keqing is kind of a budget electro applicator for me lol.

Ive been playing Genshin for 2 years and the f2p experience has gotten easier. After the playerbase threw a fit a few months ago, Genshin silently gave us more primos. I got 30 wishes in just a week. Last year I’d be hard pressed to get 10.
Whenever I play a jRPG like Earthbound and start to get to the end, there's always a kind of hollow feeling I feel. No new skills to look forward to, maybe some equipment to look forward to. (Final Fantasy 4 and 5 were pretty good at making the final weapons exciting and late enough in the game to keep you looking forward to them.) Having nothing to look forward to or desire just means the game's 'complete'. I could never understand whales paying to have less fun. I can understand the $5 a month subscription approach however. (Really do think it's lame of Genshin to lock its five star weapons behind the gacha. It would have felt really cool to work on those over multiple months for one of the things...)
I’m a whale but ive mainly been doing that because I like collecting characters and their weapons. But I still have been collecting every thing and trying to get 100% exploration in every region just for the free primogems so I don’t have to spend a ton of money all the time

I hunted down EVERY EFFIN anemoculus in Monstadt and Liyue and almost all of them in Inazuma....fml. i did get enough pulls to snag Benny from the shop before he left so im still up as far as I'm concerned 😂
The game is good as F2P! Sure thing other Games get a lot more free stuff, even the PVP hardcore P2W Games get more for free. But i have a lot of fun in this game! Every New Char is a Christmas Gift 😊

sound like a torture i can barely finish story quest after 5 years, all i want is combat but they keep gatekeep gameplay with that cringe new game mode, they tell me what element i get to play, how many character i have to build in order to enter, and waiting 30 day for reward, they even nerfed spiral abyss to two week to a month to push people in that gamemode, this game is so boring. they don't listen, the don't care, and the reward after five year are still miserable.

Knowladge is power really,I came back to game after years,I played at mobile around 1.0-1.4 then quit cuz I thought It takes alot of my time,but here we are again Ive been playing for 92 days,(I was ar55 at 70-75 days or something) I did alot of things diffirently,such as getting my mines,using food carefully and realizing you dont have to be near a teleporter just to teleport around(yeah really) and didnt waste my resources,Its pretty good now

Oh ye, first accention on f2p should be automatic for every new character you get, once you are in late game with 2 or 3 built teams might as well do lvl 70 accention on everyone.
This will unlock all fates and make it easier to build a new character you want to try.
You might just slap artifacts and weapons you have on them cos vs most enemies lvl 70 will not be one shot and see if you like their playstile, then upgrade talents to 6 and lvl tp accended 80 and test them vs bosses, if you still like them its talent/artifact/weapon(if not allready lvl 90) grind till you are satisfied (lvl 8/9/10 talents, lvl 90 if needed)
Main account is I guess a dolphin? If you can call it that, welkin moon fairly regularly and maybe 8 BP since I started playing. I have a TON of F2P alt accounts though and I get a kick out of staggering my pulls on them so they all have different 5 stars that I can build and play, then I decide what I want on my main account based on that and save pulls there. For me the mix of my dolphin account (playing since patch 1.3) and all my f2p accounts keeps me entertained best, when I get bored on my main account I lvl/build an alt account for a while and have fun playing different teams to my main.

As a free to play im doing 100% area as well and 3 months in im still in inazuma collect keys cause i do story quest and hang outs and im following a guide on Google sheets that has everything in order like a timeline from 1.0 to now so i do watch past events that have been removed, i should be in fountaine in 2 or 3 months idk, honkai star rail lets you do past events and shows a timeline which makes it comfortable to follow game is fun though i need to upgrade my phone 64gb won't hold genshin Impact for long

ngl I have a f2p account where i can't pull on the limited banner until I have 100% completed the entire current map and story (friendship and character quests included). I can only pull on standard and it's given me two Keqings. It's actually been really good long term, because she's so good for exploration. I ended up getting Tighnari in the 5 star selector.

Ive been playing Genshin for 2 years and the f2p experience has gotten easier. After the playerbase threw a fit a few months ago, Genshin silently gave us more primos. I got 30 wishes in just a week. Last year I’d be hard pressed to get 10.

Whenever I play a jRPG like Earthbound and start to get to the end, there's always a kind of hollow feeling I feel. No new skills to look forward to, maybe some equipment to look forward to. (Final Fantasy 4 and 5 were pretty good at making the final weapons exciting and late enough in the game to keep you looking forward to them.)
Having nothing to look forward to or desire just means the game's 'complete'. I could never understand whales paying to have less fun.
I can understand the $5 a month subscription approach however.
(Really do think it's lame of Genshin to lock its five star weapons behind the gacha. It would have felt really cool to work on those over multiple months for one of the things...)
I’m a whale but ive mainly been doing that because I like collecting characters and their weapons. But I still have been collecting every thing and trying to get 100% exploration in every region just for the free primogems so I don’t have to spend a ton of money all the time

I don't know why so many peoples start over from the AR 1 i mean managing two accounts giving me headaches sometimes and here in TH-cam everyone starts some random challenge with new account I can't imagine sitting through all those paimon yapping ober and over again

Man I hated the Thunder Manifestation. 3 or 4 times when I fought it the game broke and I lost visuals so I had to kill it blindfolded basically. Praying until my Zhongli shield spamming and Yanfei killed it.
Recently started an account where i only buy BP and Welkin moon and i'm enjoying the game a lot more now that i know what is worth to invest into
And i'm probably not gonna be going for the weapon banner ever unless they change how it works drastically and thankfully i don't need to since i have the BP to rely on
For raiden boss even tho electric doesn’t work against it my hyper bloom team does pretty well again the boss. I’m also F2P and my hyper bloom team I love because it makes the game so much easier except in abyss my second team is donkey

Just started a f2p account on Xbox the day that Genshin released on it. About to clear Inazuma now and i didn't know about the interactive map. I hunted down EVERY EFFIN anemoculus in Monstadt and Liyue and almost all of them in Inazuma....fml. i did get enough pulls to snag Benny from the shop before he left so im still up as far as I'm concerned 😂

sound like a torture i can barely finish story quest after 5 years, all i want is combat but they keep gatekeep gameplay with that cringe new game mode,
they tell me what element i get to play, how many character i have to build in order to enter, and waiting 30 day for reward, they even nerfed spiral abyss to two week to a month
to push people in that gamemode, this game is so boring. they don't listen, the don't care, and the reward after five year are still miserable.
