I started with a size 8 brush and i was struggling SO BAD. once i switched to a number 12 it was a game changer! I dont like anything bigger, for myself. But yes girl, the size of the brush matters! .......These turned out GORGEOUS! love them! I still struggle with any kinda gel painting, gel nail art. Im gonna try this. See I am still learning stuff from you! Ive also heard recently to try using primer under your gel polish, and even top coat. It keeps it from bubbling, chipping, ect..... this is my second comment so im gonna keep it sort this time. (Shorter lol).... lots of love and god bless
Hey girl beginner nail tech I use a 14 bc I usually do long nails but… lately I’ve been getting short sets soo my question is does the 12 work well with short sets as well
I wanna Ty so much for this video SUPER explanatory if that’s a word I’ve been on my nail journey over a year now and I still have trouble Beautiful color as well love the set
Ive been doing nails several years now and i know most of all this. But i love you and your videos so much, Im watching anyway. And there is still things that i dont know, there are still things I struggle with, i am still learning, even after all these years. And there has been several of your videos that ive learned things i didnt know, or things i was struggling with you gave me different ways to do it and it worked for me so thank you so much for that! .... anyway, im gonna stop rambling. TYSMFS, lots of love, and god bless.
Thanks for sharing that hack about the Frenchies. Yours always turn out so good. I usually put on a matte top coat but maybe putting on a base coat or a glossy top coat will make things a little easier. I'll definitely try it next time. Thanks.
I started my nail journey just by building them far from the cuticule (BTW i'ts a millimeter not a centimeter babe ❤) and I never had any lifting. Then, when I felt like going all the way up to the cuticule area I was struggling so bad with lifting I don't remember what was the problem, certainly a bit of everything lol, but I kept going and working better on removing the dead skin, applying my acrylic thinner in this area, focusing on not touching the skin, buying better nail bits, and I don't have anymore issues with lifting. And filing, ugh, the worst part, it was an obsession getting a smooth application so I can avoid filing and all that dust. 😵
No. 12 and 14 how do you get your brush flat like that because i have problem wit my brush stay n flat And keep going thru brushes because always get messed up and what kind acrylic do you buy?

I had to learn the hard way too girl. N tough part is I'm using odorless monomer so it's more dense than regular monomer
