So I have exalted venus in 28 degree of Pisces (revati) in 10th , But based on this video it looses power? So it being close to exalted degree is not a good thing at all? Bad dikbala, bad degree, even tho it’s exalted?

Hi Gina, are the planets in Gandanta points more weaker than the planets in these critical degrees in other signs junctions? Do they produce the same instability as Gandanta planets?
I have Mars Rx in Ashlesha in 5th house at 28 degrees and it's conjunct my Moon which is at 20 degrees. So Cancer is feminine so at 28 degrees it acts like a baby. Baby Capricorn? Exalted baby capricorn?
If hour is unknown then which way is better to check the chart the ascendant is unknown, also if Ketu and rahu are 28.5 in Leo and Aquarius is it very bad?😢

17:30 Venus in Taurus is strong but in 10th not so much... Saturn in Scorpio RETRO brings stability n discipline in a way... thanks- explains a lot
