Well girl my job entails me to sit all day on my computer. I do well permits for farmers/ agricultural work. Don't get me wrong i do love my job, so i have to be creative when moving around. It's a large and very long building and i usually stand-up & stretch or take a walk through the building to give my eyes and fingers a break lol!!! Nice chatting with you as always. Since you're into the health of your body...I encourage you to do research on regular cinnamon. It might interest you to learn what can happen to your liver. I'm pretty sure I've posted a comment regarding the coffee pods too and the carcinogens, but I understand people think once you start talking about their coffee they don't want to hear it...but the cinnamon, you can simply switch it out.
I have done my research, I appreciate your concern though. :) The only time cinnamon is dangerous is if you’re having it in very large qualities. I have less than a tsp per serving of coffee and cinnamon has many health benefits, when taken in small doses. I also don’t drink it every single day, there’s months when I don’t use cinnamon at all. Remember that my vlogs are a very small percentage of my entire life. But again, thanks for your concern! Too much of anything can be harmful. That’s why balance is key.
