With McFarlane's collector editions getting pricey and chase variants hard to come by, I've been thinking about cutting back on my collecting this line. But Mr. Terrific, Simon Baz, and Lightning Lad have me reconsidering. Their inclusion in the line shows they're listening to fans, especially those of us who love characters of color. I'm impressed and might be sticking around for more.
I bought the 3 pack for Nightwing tbh, It is weird that they went with the chicago suit when he shouldve been in the early new 52 nightwing, plus I just like brett booths take on Dick Grayson
Excited to get this set though I agree with your critique. Hope they build out the Court more, would love the woman Owl with the claw-like nails! Love your reviews, they are generally positive but very reasonably critical. I personally feel McFarlane could be doing so much better but are choosing not to do so. Thanks for posting, great run-down!
This pack seems good. Another Owl whether male in different colors or female would have been great. Or perhaps all three figures as Owl members of the Court would have been even greater. The Nightwing is ok, the Talon re-used and in different colors. McFarlane could have given us The Court of Owls with three Owl figures. Buying a couple of Talons next to them would do 👍👍
I initially preordered this one for the Owl but I don't like the brown Talon and have no use for this version of Nightwing so it wasn't ultimately worth it for just one figure who at the end of the day is just interesting because of the head. It's clearly the Joker body.

Nightwing is included in this pack because he is related to the Talon, William Cobb
Could you potentially show us where you’re going to put the figures on your shelves after the review! I’m obsessed with how cool your shelves are!
@@jamesonhouran8227 thanks man! I’m due to film a collection video very soon!
@@DCMultiCollectorI’m excited!
@@jamesonhouran8227 thanks mate! I’m just waiting for my Batman forever Batmobile to come in so I can set up my display properly!

I passed on this. Maybe they will make more of the owls since they did with the robin crows.
Honestly, I’m getting the pack for that Nightwing. I want him to match my Redhood.

I’d like this for just the Talon and Owl figures. Don’t care about the Nightwing as much. Prefer Nightwing in blue and black.
Thanks for the reminder, just hit the Sub button 👍

We are getting a Dr midnight with that owl mold!
Mcfarlane could’ve switched out Nightwing and replaced him with a female owl 🦉
