He has the amount of confidence, self irony, and quick wits to counter/match the endless bantering of the three, the open mindedness to create the right comedy, and has just proven to be a great driver. He reckons he had to focus to laugh like he did in this interview, his current laugh is actually natural to him. He just laughs on the inhale rather than the exhale.
Pretty sure that laugh right after Jeremy revealed his time is his real laugh at 9:22 (the totally normal one). He wasn't able to hold the character during the emotional rush there. That ah-ah-aaaah is just branding with made up excuses.
