Also the mesh overlay dress is my FAVE thing on there for sure. So cute with the little flouncey sleeves and the tie in the frontt. Praying that you find a heart mesh fabric like that hahah

This is a cool idea! I am in the same place where I’m wanting to find myself fashion-wise.
I suggest checking out The DIY Designer’s 2 TH-cam videos on style language because those were an absolute game changer for me. After doing the exercises there, I came up with the style words “glamorous, sultry, fun, unapologetic”. And ever since then, I have almost no problem creating looks that I firmly know only I can come up with/would wear. I’m having so much fun with fashion now! Highly recommend 🤗

Can’t believe it’s been 2 1/2 years! I’ve been here since I saw the wide-leg pleated pants tutorial. In all honesty you have been a big inspiration for me. Every time I have a new project to do in class I try my best to involve one of your patterns as my next project. They are so fun to create and I always love the final look. Oh and you were watching My Hero Academia I remember that episode. I loved your hoodie! I really liked the 3rd dress where you said the skirt part will be made of tulle well the top of it that’s exactly what I’m doing for my next class project. I will be using your Cowl Dress pattern using the mini version and I’m adding a detachable tulle skirt.
Omg can’t wait for the 3rd dress to come out as a pattern. I’m gonna up my sewing game just to be ready for that

this cane in such perfect timing. i’m in the process of planning my own brand and it’s like i have an idea but i don’t, if that makes sense 😅 my Pinterest board looks like it works but also doesn’t look like it works and just to see your process with it and you having fun with it, it grounded me and made me just remember to have fun with it and not stress too too much 😊
