Awesome and informative video! Do you typically always use a 40% iso mixture (or close) for your tack solution, or was it high here just because of the mirrors?
Hey brotha, are you located in Gilbert,Az.I wanted to know what’s the price I want to get my 2020 Mazda CX-9 I want to get the front bumper/hood/headlights and the side mirrors, what’s the price?? Or can I get you’re information I stay by Westgate I’m really interested!!! Thanks
@@Jan_Boris I agree with AG86, all these videos show the "so-called difficult part" but the real twist is the final cut, do you cut right on the edge, dou you hold back 1-2 mm like the pre-cut software tells you to do or dou you dissemble the mirror cap and fold the PPF inside like you can do with wrapping films? And also... I'd like to see the same mirror after 1-2 months, after temperature changes, film retracting etc... nobody ever those details :-/
Xpel's film has come along way!
thanks dude, i can't afford a ppf course right now so little things like these help me
It's not only your technique, it's xpel being the best!
I’ve vinyl wrapped but Ppf looks interesting to work with.
It's definitely interesting. Its a very large burning curve but transitioning from vinyl to PPF will give you a head start!
That looks amazing!

Looks perfect. What is the best way to avoid getting any lint trapped under the film?
Great work but I just hoped you had the window up to prevent all this soap from going into the cabin!
I know I am late to this video, but what type of solution is that? You mentioned alcohol...so it's a mixture of what, exactly? Thx

Wat solution it is? Is it a mix of iso-propyl alcohol or Jus alcohol or soap with alchohol?
The tack solution we use is 40% of 70% iso-propyl, 60% water. Our slip solution is drops of baby soap in water
How you mix your alcohol? How much alcohol how much water? How you don't get drying areas there?
Yeah he's not gonna tell 60% water 10% soap 30% isopropil alcohol !

You in AZ?
JD Frazier we are located in Gilbert, Arizona.
OzBraz ok nice! I met you at a Tesla meetup. You had a sick model x with you, stoked to find the channel. Nice work on that mirror
Good nice
Be sure to have 2 gallons of alcohol before you start.
You use 100% alcohol or + clean water Sir
ppf self-hiling not good
So now what? You've got this hanging everywhere. Why not show how to finish it?
Whats left is like 1% of the work. Even a child could cut away the excess. The difficult part with the sharp edge was shown.
