We purged it just now😊 it worked like a charm...

Hi, there are two causes - butane freezes at zero degrees so if your cylinder has been left outside when the temperature is zero or below, please ensure the cylinder is kept in a warmer location indoors for a few hours before use. The second cause is overfilled cylinders - please see video below to release gas from an overfilled cylinder.

Hi, a question please: a pilot light is too large (it's like half the height of the ceramic panel)on mine after start, and stays like that. Pilot flame is smokey.
Any suggestion please? Device is 2 yo.

@@attilabori4734 Hi, your description indicates the pilot tube has debris inside such as dust. Arranging a gas engineer to clean the pilot tube assembly should resolve the issue.
