i just actually finished grinding these today and i put an insignia gem onto the lance and its great! thanks for showing new people how to get these weapons.
I like using frost only because of its defense lowering and it looks cool

Relentless megaton maul+icy flute+night cap is the best set to fight it,you just bite him when ur low then run around and heal

I beat the prism troll without parry using a mount with night cap you can move with night cap if u are on a mount.

Its not a ring its a one of the skills on the skill tree called rally i think

I’m new and I have a question, how do u make all ur weapons so shiny
its by forging a gem into your weapon at the obsevertory, getting a gem required you to fight an enemy which spawn with the meteor, when the meteor landed, the enemy will spawn, its either a thief or a peeble, kill them and you get a gem, theres many different kinds.

From my experience, it's possible to cheese the Prism Troll by setting your spawn at the Prairie, dying then going back to him ASAP - it's especially easy if you have the Storm Boots. If you do this fast enough, you should be able to get to him before his HP resets.
So if you wanna cheese him, you COULD try that.
