I've received many requests for more videos on my bobber so I decided to upload this after considering how difficult it was for me and how I wished people online can freakin' tell me how they did it because I had no resources and had to figure it out on my own. This is 60+ gigs of videos compiled over weeks. Heavily cut and edited to show the whole process in the building of my bobber. I apologize for the choppy music in the background. I truly hope this video helps. Subscribe for more of my random tutorials and vlogs!

This is some really impressive stuff. I just got my first bike, a 2008 rebel, and I did some work on it like put a luggage rack, new battery, sissy bar, and new tank, but man oh man it's nothing compared to the work that you put into this baby. Really really impressive for some one as young as me to have so much knowledge.

Love this video and Kudos for tackling an entire re-build. I'm looking to start a bobber project on my 2009 Rebel and really want to do the Pod air filter with the mini-one sticking out of the engine like you did. I keep reading how difficult it is to have that set-up work, how it will mess up your bike, etc. so it makes me pause. Were you worried about any of that, and what did you need to do to the carb so that you didn't have any problems? Any guidance would be appreciated.

This takes me back the 1960s, when I built a chop (out of a Honda 305 Scrambler) for a kid who lived down the street from me. I built and rode H-Ds at the time. I told the kid, "Honda is going to build a bigger bike soon -- it's going to make for a great chop too." 1969 rolled around and guys began chopping CB 750 Fours. Kudos to Tony Carlini.
