I recently soldered a mobile Powerbank charging module to a 35mah battery.
When I charge it, the led of the charging module lights up , but even after charging it for 30 minutes it doesn't charge my phone .
Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

The power bank basically flows the high stored charge from the battery to another battery, so put your power bank battery in high quality and check if the charging circuit is good, thanks......
