Millemforce It's because super loops cannot run freely like this. They are physically tethered to a cable that pulls the car around. This has a launch and then cuts free.
It's a really cool idea/concept, and also pretty well executed. My only 2 issues with it are that the 4d aspect seems a little wasted given that it only rotates a few degrees, and that it seems the ride just goes on too long given the speed up/slow down time and how slow it moves going through the top of each of the loops.
The 4D element of the ride I couldn't do too much more with the way the mechanics of the ride work, you can't spin the seats in a full rotation. And I agree with the length, it does seems bit long, I could reduce the full loop rotation down from three to two. As far as the speed up/ slow down, I tried to keep it realistic with acceleration/deceleration given the trains weight reputation. Thanks for the feedback!

Sweet Concept! I could really see that at some parks. Six Flags just added a few examples of the original generation of that type of looping ride. They missed this opportunity. Lol

The presentation of the ride is honestly more impressive than the concept itself haha. I agree with Projektion that the 4D aspect seems a little wasted, but that really isn't your fault. Obviously, with the technology of this coaster type, you're stuck with having it do the same thing every time it goes through the loop. What would be REALLY cool is if you could program the seats to do whatever you wanted at any point during the ride. Like many flat rides, (this is a coaster, I know) it could be re-programmable and even have a few different pre-programmed cycles built in, depending on the intensity level the customer is looking for. Thanks for sharing!
That sounds like a fantastic Idea! Only issue that may come about is train weight as you would need a motor for each individual seat.
True. I have no idea how plausible the idea is. It would be awesome, though!
Two guide rails for the seat rotation. One rotates the seats in one sequence when the coaster moves around the loop in one direction, the other rotates them in another sequence when moving in the opposite direction. The cars would require two unidirectional control wheels for the seat rotation, each only working in one direction.

Giving it's a perfect circle, you may want to consider a set of block brakes and/or drive tyres at the peak to ensure it doesnt get stuck if there's a perfect balance. Otherwise briliant concept!

Cool concept, I feel like one thing that would be complained about is the hangtime. It seems to have that sort of uncomfortable hangtime that like the inverting pirate ship rides have.
