- Almost everything! We spent a day in Portland for a reality TV show filming with Pensole, but while we weren't on set we ate at as many of the top spots as we could. Then we scored a couple bargains at the local Ross when we got back to L.A.

These guys living life with all this food they eat. Currently; very much jealous but happy for them too cause food's amazing ! No matter what kind of food.
You guys are lucky to have metabolism that high... I got fat just looking at that food 😂
Really no tricks in having fast metabolism other than walking and exercising. My job requires a lot of walking and I just burn everything I eat working there.

1. Coto Makassar from south celebes in Makassar city
2. Pa'piong from south celebes in Toraja
3. Ayam Rica-Rica almost all over celebes have it.
it's popular in south sulawesi, and i would like to see your review about the food.
PS : Celebes means Sulawesi, and almost all food is spicy.
