Quadrat Sampling Calculations

Hey, how about if we are doing species richness? I have a study about counting the amounts of species present in a quadrant and each time we find a new species in the quadrant we count it but don’t recount the same species. Just wondering if you know how to work this out? Thanks 😊

It should come out to 1,089 individuals. Your calculated wrong in the end I guess.
