New to your channel and I am enjoying it very much. I have the redness and burning sometimes itchiness in my palms. I have tried and can temporarily relieve pain.
Good video. When I read Lee Gandee i knew hexen was an important path in my treatment work. Being a practitioner implies continuing practice. I'm always learning.
Lee was an interesting person, that's for sure! You are blessed to have had so much contact with him while he was living. We are always students, that's definitely true! For every new thing we learn, a thousand more things that we don't know pop up in our lives!
Another wonderful video Rob! It's interesting about how we can cycle back round to things sometimes. I was baptised Ukrainian Catholic but I was not permitted to see that side of my family once my parents divorced, and my mother's side was not religious at all. Basically I was brought up believing in a higher power and with a deep love of nature, but that was about it. I've always been intensely interested in religion though; from Christinity to Wicca to Buddhism then back to a more pagan path (Druidry) with an interest over the last couple of years in exploring more of my Christian roots. I've always loved holy and sacred places as well, didn't matter what the religion was, I can feel the holiness and feel the faith of the people as well in those places. I just love that so much. I've cycled back to Powwow again interestingly as well. I first learned of it working on my family tree. I have a maternal line that was escaping religious persecution that ended up in Pennyslvania (later some went to West Virginia and then some to Ontario) and while I was learning about that line of family (which luckily there was a lot of documentation about due to military history, donation of land for a church and also being against slavery, oh! And the movie Patriot was apparently loosely based on one of my ancestors) and somehow I came across the first mentions of Powwow, Long Lost Friend, and also the documentary Hex Hollow. Probably that was where I first learned about you, so something like 7 or 8 years ago, I'm not good with time haha. Anyhow from Powwow I learned about Hoodoo and I've spent the last years learning about that mostly, now cycling back to Powwow which introduced me to it! What an interesting world huh?! (Apologies for the long ramble! )
My life path is similar to yours... raised Christian, went New Age/Wicca in my youth, found my way back to Christianity with Powwow. The Hex Hollow movie was fun! I'm glad you got to see it because it's such an important story in the area of Pennsylvania where I live. I have always strived to make Nelson Rehmeyer proud of the work I am carrying on for the Powwowers of old, including him. I do still love all of the "magic" religions and the like, but I've found so much power in Christianity and Powwow.
